Very bad service and take stay customer no service and hotel staff only care only on road customer restaurant and no service on time .and very bad food and safety issues and I not happy to him service and no also and no family services so no welcome

I have been traveling to trivandrum then I found this restaurant on my way. I was with my family got in here to have our lunch So about the food it is Over priced and terrible food nothing worth the money To authorities please make some improvements

Been to leela back waters with family and right from the car park Mr Vinyl received us and lead to us to the restaurant and served us lunch and we were all happy to see him personally attending the guests and the restaurant was jam packed. Hats off to the whole restaurant crew who handled the situation so diplomatically under immense pressure and finally we really enjoyed the back water cruising. I gave full marks to the whole team and will surely return back. Please feel free to have a try

It is not as idyllic as photos portray but a very nice hotel. Check in was quick. Room was nice. There were a few items missing from the room but they soon sorted that out. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. WiFi was good. The bathroom was nice but very smelly. Shower was hot. Housekeeping was non existent which meant we had to ask for basics such as toilet paper and teabags which they didn’t have any left and they were not replaced for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was nice and plentiful although service was slow and some items didn’t arrive to the table at all. These were only minor issues otherwise a great stay. Location is good.

Hotel seems to be very good from front and at entrance.But our stay was pathetic.First of all,the lock of room was not proper,no hot water in bathrooms.There is a continuous odour in bathroom and water is not flushing out while taking bath. Taste of food is also not good and there are no option of good restaurants nearby area.
