The location is in the central area, very close to K11. Parking is convenient and free, you can park downstairs or on the west side of the road. The room is spacious and well soundproofed. There are refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens and induction cookers, which is very complete. The breakfast is quite rich and the swimming pool is at a good temperature.

The front desk staff must be trained. This is the hotel's facade and the first impression it gives to guests. We arrived on the first day of the Chinese New Year, but there was no greeting from the front desk. There was a young lady with a round face and a very cold service attitude and ability. She didn't take the initiative to tell us the location and time of breakfast, and she didn't remind us to park. She wouldn't tell us unless you asked, and she would ignore us if you asked. I didn't want to argue with her during the Chinese New Year. When asked where there were any larger supermarkets nearby, she said disdainfully that there were some here and there. hehe. I asked her questions on the phone and my husband took a taxi to ask about continuing to stay, but she didn't answer the questions. One time, the room service came in without knocking while we were still in the room, and swiped her card to deliver something. Later she said she had entered the wrong room, which shocked us. The check-in office for the apartment is in Building No. 7, and breakfast is on the first floor of Building No. 6. The swimming pool is on the basement floor of Building 6. You can go directly to the swimming pool of Building No. 6 from the basement of Building No. 7, which the front desk will not tell you a word. It's so cold that it's hard to walk across the road after swimming. The hotel's underground and ground parking are free. The hotel room has serious air leakage. In winter, turn the air conditioner to the maximum and draw the curtains. Give a good review to the pool staff and the lady who cleans the room. How about breakfast? I don't ask for too much for this price. A bowl of noodles and a bowl of wontons are enough. There is no need to buy breakfast.

特別喜歡這個酒店式公寓，適合全家大小出遊。硬件設施過關，軟件服務也很好，前台晚上值班耐心解答問題。白天值班Grace和 Ann幫忙延遲退房態度和藹，還贈送小禮物。下次還想再來

很適合親子住宿，我帶倆娃，兩米大床睡着正好，就需要這種大床。還有洗衣機，孩子玩一天衣服臟了扔進去洗，一晚上就幹了。屋子很寬敞，還有冰箱微波爐，適合帶長者孩子居住。

非常喜歡這家酒店 第二次來了:寬敞的客廳、舒適的裝修、安靜的環境，一切都讓人感到舒服。雖然離市中心遠一些，但我們還是又一次選擇在這裏度過週末。今天本來打算去周邊逛逛，但大家都捨不得離開這個讓人感到温暖的地方，所以都懶懶的坐在沙發上或者卧在床上不想動，最終大家都決定哪裡都不去了，就在這裏度過一天。

今年新商務酒店（公寓），設施嶄新高檔，貝肯山小區內7號樓（高樓），步行去泰達MSD商區（生活廣場，K11七鮮超市）十幾二十分鐘，打車去濱海車站8-10元，前台工作人員熱情效率高，一樓大堂右手邊很大休息區，酒店邊上有個小超市服務好東西很全晚上九十點鐘還在營業（相比K11商場內餐館晚八點多基本沒人）。樓前以及小區內停車方便。早餐和健身中心在酒店相鄰6號樓，刷房卡進入，健身器械和瑜伽房擺放整齊，泳池水温極好，工作人員面帶微笑，早餐區域不算很大但温馨乾淨，早餐種類不多，煎蛋沙拉醬等dressings都是按西餐標準，因為該區域很多外國人居住，煮麪餛飩的天津大姐服務熱情親切。酒店中文名稱比較陌生，英文其實是Fraiser 旗下公寓，整體品質在國內屬高檔次，提點意見是衞生間推門洗手池處空間窄，若設計成推拉門可能好些。
