Good location, but not the best hotel room experience. The room is small, bathroom shower a complete mess, and bed not comfortable. I would not recommend. Be aware that laundry is closed Sundays.

Easy and fast checkin and checkout. The room was nice, a beautiful view with a river. Everything was good.

Good quality hotel. Centrally located to nearby attractions places within short walking distance such as Italian street, clock tower, river cruise, nightlife river bank outdoor activities, nearby food restaurant.
Helpful staff and very competent to their respective work done. Hotel clean and room lighting need to be improved to satisfactory brightness.
