Tianjin Nankai District Hotels

Hotel location, room size and cleanliness is good. The only thing I wish to highlight is the air conditioning (which I was told it only blow hot air during winter, I stayed during late Oct), room became very hot to sleep at night. I didn't want to open the window as my room is facing a main road and the traffic noise can be disturbing at night. Suggest to reinstate proper air conditioning instead of trying to go green in the way wrong.

I have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

Great hotel with prompt response for every request. Good location, convenience for transportation, the subway is only a couple of minutes walk away, which can directly reach the airport. Two things can improve: 1. it’s will be better to have a mini microwave in the room. 2. Sometimes there’s smoke smell in the hallway, it’s better smoke is only allowed in the smoking-room, not other places in the building.

The service attitude is very enthusiastic and professional. The check-in efficiency is very good. They will actively help and solve some problems during the stay. The service makes people feel very close. The facilities and hygiene of the room are also in place. Disposable items requested by guests will be delivered as soon as possible. The sound insulation at night is also very good. I will continue to live here next time I come to Tianjin. Their shampoo and mattress are highly recommended!

The hotel is rather new and the design is good. The room is modern and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the TV is huge. All electronics, lights, TV, curtains, A/C are voice controlled which is a problem if you don't speak Chinese. The reception staff was nice and helpful but clearly they don't have a lot of experience dealing with tourists (nor foreigners). The gym is a joke... the flimsy bench I would even call dangerous. Very good is that their are washing machines and dryers available. A recommendation: put a chair in the room. A guest needs a chair to sit for writing, eating, etc.

Originally, I was so tired from the journey that I just wanted to rest in the hotel. I didn’t expect that the hotel was not only economical but also had a very high-end environment. The location is perfect. When you go out, the Drum Tower is on the left, the Ancient Culture Street is on the right, and the Haihe River is further away.

地理位置挺方便的，有自己的停車場，趕上高峯，也沒位置。酒店設施還行吧，樓道里的地毯有的不是很乾凈，衞生得主動掛出打掃牌才來打掃，可能也是怕打擾客人休息，打掃衞生還不擦地，不掃地。前台服務人員和經理的態度還是挺好的。早餐很一般，湊合能吃飽，每天也沒有什麼變化，這個價位可能就是這個標準。

We booked a room for three people, which was quite big, with one big bed and one small bed. The room was nice and looked very comfortable. The hotel's environment and hygiene were also good overall. In particular, the breakfast environment and service were very good, and I was in a good mood for eating.

We have booked 3 rooms for our few days' stay. All of us find that this is an excellent place. The room is clean, the location is wonderful, and all the staff provide excellent service. They're caring, helpful, and very friendly. All the best to them!! Next to the hotel, there are many good places to dine in.

On a whim, I went to Tianjin for two days. I chose this hotel on Ctrip. When we arrived, they saw that we were traveling with our kids, so they upgraded us to a double bathtub king room for free, which was very considerate. I'm a light sleeper, so I requested a quieter room, and they adjusted it for me. Although it's close to the road, the sound insulation is good, which basically meets the requirements. The room is spacious, the equipment is new, the central air-conditioning is not noisy. The room is very clean, the sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases are all new, the table and bedside table in the room are very clean, I'm quite satisfied! The breakfast is good, the soy milk is freshly ground, which is quite unexpected, usually it's powdered. It's not far from the West Station, and it costs 30 yuan to take a taxi to Tianjin Eye, but there are too many people, so I really can't go out to play during the holidays
