Conrad Tianjin

Highly recommend! This is an outstanding five-star hotel experience in Tianjin. The service was incredibly thoughtful, and they even upgraded my room for free. The location is excellent, close to Tianjin TV Tower and Water Park, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk service was attentive and thorough. They even provided welcome fruits, showing great attention to detail. The room itself was spacious and expansive, with sophisticated and high-end decor. It featured electric curtains and a smart toilet, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with high-quality amenities. The bedding was just the right balance of soft and firm, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The high-floor room offered fantastic views, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city or the Tianjin TV Tower, creating a wonderful ambiance. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, along with many local Tianjin specialties, all tasting great. The pool and gym facilities were well-maintained. Overall, both the hardware and service are top-notch, making it suitable for either business trips or leisure vacations in Tianjin. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Tianjin.

The room had excellent natural light, was clean and bright, and the mattress was comfortable. I really liked the decor, and my child slept well too. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, and check-in was quick. The staff who brought our luggage up were also very efficient; when we got upstairs, there was a small issue with the room key, and they quickly came down to resolve it. Overall, I would definitely choose Conrad again if I come back to Tianjin.

Big shout out to the Conrad! Even during peak check-in time, it was busy but everything was still well-organized. It's understandable that there are a lot of people during the summer. Room service was very prompt and excellent. The hotel's breakfast also had a waiting list because it was so full, but the staff were all very polite and patient. Even with some mean guests, they handled everything very well. Tianjin's service industry is truly excellent. My stay here was very comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommended!

I had a very satisfying stay. The room was spacious with excellent hardware and software, and the hygiene details were meticulously maintained. The service was attentive and thorough. The only slight drawback was the lengthy check-in process; we arrived a little after 3 PM and didn't get into our room until after 4 PM. I couldn't quite understand why the room wasn't ready in the afternoon. Also, it's a shame there's no kids' play area since we were traveling with children [facepalm]. Beyond that, you could tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into everything, always considering guests' needs and feelings. Every staff member was friendly and enthusiastic, which made us feel very comfortable. A special thank you to the lobby staff; they personally brought up our takeout orders multiple times, which was a great help. I hope they continue to maintain this excellent service. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!!

Five-star review! The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. The lobby staff were friendly and polite. What truly impressed us was when the hotel staff thoughtfully cleaned our extremely dirty car windows after a long drive. We absolutely have to give them a thumbs up! 👍

Selena, the Executive Lounge Supervisor, provides exceptionally good and meticulous service. Even on busy weekends, she leads her team effectively to cater to the needs of every guest. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The environment is pleasant, and even though it was fully booked on the weekend, the service was spot on!

My stay at Conrad Tianjin was a fantastic experience! The hotel building has a wonderful vintage feel, and the public areas are elegantly designed and spacious. The rooms are large and spotless, with excellent amenities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. Jennifer provided exceptional service. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The service from Selena at the executive lounge was absolutely incredible! Her professionalism and service level were both top-notch. She was incredibly attentive throughout our meal and even checked in with us about our stay experience during checkout. Such a thoughtful person, big thumbs up to her!
