Excellent hotel at great central location, right next to river walk. Spacious, comfortable & well furnished room. Professional & friendly staff, always greet me warmly. Wide section for breakfast, though a bit bland. Best hotel I’ve stayed at for quite a while.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. From the moment you arrive, there’s a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere — everything feels calm, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable. The service is excellent: staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help — from the front desk to the restaurant. A particularly nice touch was being greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer great views of the city. The hotel features a modern and elegant design, and it’s clear that the property is well-maintained — everything feels fresh and in great condition, with no signs of neglect or aging. Highly recommended for those who value quality, comfort, and professional service.

We are satisfied with this hotel. The location is just a 5-minute walk from Tianjing station. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The room is big and we stay at 47th with a good view .The air-conditioning is functioning well. We have our buffet breakfast at the 51th level. The buffet spread is good. Will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Absolutely stunning, very big, very clean, and located in the center of everything, a short distance from the Italian styles town and the Tianjin eye.. front desk very was a little bit slow maybe because she was working alone and we had to wait for a some time to get checked in, overall excellent service

A cute room package for family. Good view to see the ferris wheel and room is clean. As now is the winter time, room only has heater and no aircon, so if feel hot, just need to off the heater, it will be good!

It is a wonderful place, very well located. The reception desk staff are very helpful. The breakfast is super, especially impressed that the chef was around almost everyday of my stay at the breakfast area, and guided me well on the vegetarian options. The gym is very conveniently attached the laundry, and you can get your clothes washed will doing the Laundry. On the flip side, take note that the lift from the lobby takes you to the second floor and then you need to change the lifts again to the main rooms. The rooms are all well kept and neat.

Very beautiful hotel in the center of Tianjin! It’s so close to the river with a vibrant atmosphere! The hotel is large with fantastic views if your room is high up. I booked a single room and it was big enough to be comfortable! It is quite at night and clean. The WiFi is good and I had a pleasant stay here! Would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

what a beautiful place to say in a beautiful Tianjin. upon the arrival the entry decorations make you feel welcome. the staff was super friendly and super helpful. even when I was struggling as a foreigner in beautiful Chinese City, people are so kind and welcoming. Its easy getting transportation I would recommend arriving to Tianjin with Railway station on the West. they have a gym, a breakfast location and a robot delivering your food. the room is clean and big with a great view of the lake.

Amazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone. First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China! The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us. It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day. It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor. The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc. The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated. Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service. Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room. On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in. Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕

Parking is convenient, there are many parking spaces downstairs, next to the shopping mall, and close to the subway entrance. Tea is provided upon check-in, and the hotel staff is enthusiastic. At that time, I didn’t like the room type very much. The guy took me to several rooms and solved the problem very patiently and carefully. I stayed there many times. I will stay there next time.
