I've stayed in 3 hotels in Beijing but this one is the best. Pros: Grand lobby with refreshing red dates drink. Clean rooms. Shower/toilet separated. Great breakfast varieties. Strong & efficient washer and dryer. Helpful staff - helped me change to a room with window. Location wise - can see the beautiful night view. Cons - a bit of walk from subway so when you're tired, take a cab.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. From the moment you arrive, there’s a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere — everything feels calm, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable. The service is excellent: staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help — from the front desk to the restaurant. A particularly nice touch was being greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer great views of the city. The hotel features a modern and elegant design, and it’s clear that the property is well-maintained — everything feels fresh and in great condition, with no signs of neglect or aging. Highly recommended for those who value quality, comfort, and professional service.

Stayed at non smoking room. But somehow the ventilation system keeps having this cigarette smell. V have sinus, so quite a torture. Check out the next day then wen for anther hotel. Learn a lesson, which is U get wat u pay.

Check-in in 3 minutes, take the initiative to help upgrade the Ferris wheel view room, and hand over a handwritten welcome card and hot health tea. When checking out, I found that I forgot to bring the charger, and the room aunt ran to deliver the spare data cable, and even helped to lift the luggage to the car... This ”Haidilao-style” service makes me want to give a silk banner to the employees! **🛌The room is like a scenic postcard** I was shocked the moment I opened the curtains-the Tianjin Eye Ferris wheel is so close! The 180° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows frame the night view of the Haihe River into a dynamic oil painting. You can fall asleep with the neon lights at night and be awakened by the rippling waves on the river in the morning.

After arriving at check-in 2hrs early, we were given a very large room (possibly an upgrade) which looked quite presentable. Although slightly dated, the room was very clean and comfortable with an enormous bathroom. The view from the window was of the river and bridge with a new building worksite next to the hotel. With the double glazing, it was very quiet! Room service was good with daily replacement of 2 water bottles and tea and a bed make over. The only issue is with the air conditioner, being a little noisy. The breakfast buffet area on the 3rd floor was nice as well as the food, although hardly any western dishes were offered. The Chinese restaurant, also on the 3rd floor served good dishes. There is on the 1st floor a coffee shop, as coffee is not supplied in the room. The location, all within walking distance is near the river and little Italy and a 15minute walk to the bullet trains I can recommend this hotel.

This time I came to Tianjin to play and stay in this hotel. It was really a good choice! This detail was so touching! There are also souvenirs with Tianjin characteristics, and the packaging is super exquisite. I feel that I have earned it! There are so many types of breakfast that it is difficult to choose! Western bread and desserts are super delicious. The fruits are very fresh, and there are freshly cooked wontons! The waitress saw that I had a lot of things, and she took the initiative to help me to the seat. It was so heartwarming~ The mattress was just soft and hard, and I slept until I woke up naturally! The water pressure in the bathroom is super sufficient, and the shower gel smells very good. Every day when I come back, the room is tidy, and a small bottle of mineral water is given on the way when I check out. These details are too much! It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Italian style area, and there are a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. If you want to buy supper at night, go downstairs and turn a corner! My daughter and I came to Tianjin from Jinan for a trip. We searched for many hotels on Ctrip. We accidentally found this hotel. We chose this one because it had many good reviews. We chose a king-size bed room for three days and two nights. We arrived in Tianjin on the 9th and checked in. I realized that I was too wise. The hotel's location is too convenient. The Tianjin Eye is on the right and the Lion Forest Bridge is on the left. Opposite is the Haihe River. The hotel upgraded the room. There was no odor in the room, and the quilt and sheets were not damp. The room faced the Haihe River, which was clean, sanitary and comfortable. My daughter was also very satisfied. The price for booking a room after 5.1 was really good. It was great value for money. The front desk service was enthusiastic. There were small breads and milk hanging on the door handle at night. The food I ordered in the evening was cold and the service staff took it down to heat it up. When they saw that the bag for the lunch box was not good, they quickly replaced it with a new one and reminded me to give them convenient chopsticks. I even forgot that I didn't have chopsticks. Although it was a small thing, it was very heartwarming. The hotel provides free bag storage after check-out. I have recommended it to my colleagues and family. This is also the first choice hotel for my next trip to Tianjin.

I have always been a member of Atour. Every time I take my children out to play or go out with colleagues, I will choose Atour. It is clean and hygienic, the bed is comfortable, and the TV is very large. It is a good experience every time. The lady at the front desk is also very nice and gave me souvenirs. I will choose it again next time.

On the second day of my visit to Tianjin, I still chose Orange Crystal. This is a new store. Although there are some areas that need to be improved, the warm attitude of the front desk staff can make up for other shortcomings. The hotel has a good view and you can see the night view of Tianjin Eye at night. During the day, the sun will shine into the room and the light is very good. I like this layout very much. There are also many food shops around. It is more suitable for parents and children, couples traveling, and can meet different needs.

A cute room package for family. Good view to see the ferris wheel and room is clean. As now is the winter time, room only has heater and no aircon, so if feel hot, just need to off the heater, it will be good!
