My overall experience was great. The water was not much warm which was not pleasant when showering. The bed could have been a lot more comfortable.

It was an excellent choice to stay. My one and only criticism is the toilet seat being low. That’s it. It was clean, breakfast was ok. The room was spacious and modern. Definitely will stay here again if I’m ever back up that way. Our family traveled from Alabama for a funeral in Chicago. I had other relatives who had traveled there from different locations and decided to come to the same hotel as us. We got in late and were all hungry. We went out, picked up some food and they allowed us to sit in the breakfast area to eat together. It was very very nice of them to allow us that family time to catch up and bond.

Coming in from the cold, there was a fireplace going and hot coffee and tea available. People at the desk were friendly and efficient. Breakfast bar and attendant were wonderful. Bed was comfortable.

Lots of mold in bathroom and bedroom ceilings.also the walls were dirty inside the rooms and the paint was chipping in the bathroom as well.

It was near but not too near I-80. They could do a little better job of sweeping out the elevators. There are always people that drop trash in the elevators.

The property needs updating. The bathroom doesnt even have safety bars when you take a shower. The towels are cheap. The staff is very nice, especially lady who prepares the breakfast. The bed pillows are small,cheap and kinda crummy. I wont stay here again.
