Hotel location is good. Hygiene wise not that great. Cups and sauces in the dinning room are stained. Room telephone is dirty and dusty. Breakfast is always the same menu. Overall good place to stay.

The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu. Room service and food that surpassed our expectations.Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained.

Yeah good to say only one thing Mr Mohd is very courteous and taken care when we reached the hotel but to say the restaurant is so horrible with respect to room service they don’t know minimum things to be send with order and second is horrible AC it is working at 25.4 c only with noise no adjustment the tech also don’t know and also help desk no response but charges are more for everything .I felt only the happiness is Mr Mohd is senior ***ager is good and helped during the entry remaing all horrible my suggestion is to think before visiting this not worth Tnq

The staffs were good, especially driver Solmon was very punctual courteous. The stay was terrible though, AC was making so much noise , it was not working for 2 days. The food is OK averagish ... stay away from the room service coffee! Giving this star only for the staff else would have given 0 rating. I am surprised this hotel is a 4 star hotel.
