Food was good.
Daily Maintenance needs improvement. I stayed for two days. When I went out on day 2 morning at 9AM , hand over the rooms keys for cleaning . When I came back at 9PM, room status was “as-is” like when we left , nothing was done - bed not cleaned , toiletries not replaced , water bother not replaced. All were done after we came back, after I showed my displeasure. Also, TV was NOT functioning on both days in spite of me reminding them to fix it , to watch IPL match in the night .

Property is located in prime location, railway station is near, many temples are reachable with in 5 kms. You get Taxi,Auto for your commute easily.
Food: Complementary food are below average in terms of the service and stock. Quality and taste is above average. i too took a dinner in the hotel, where i rate the quality is good on non veg option and veg options. But i too recommend hotel to improve a lot for customer experience in the restaurant.
Amenities and service i feel the hotel is really good.
Overall if i recommend the hotel for your stay and i too prefer this hotel for my next stay at trichy soon. Thank you

Hotel scores on location, room size and cleanliness.
However, performs poor when it comes to providing toiletries, complementary tea-coffee, water etc., the staff is not cooperative, most of the staff is monolingual only and is thus tough to communicate with.
