I found 4 black hairs in 3 nights stay and I am blond! The location is not very good for a tourist, the hotel is in the business district, which is a bit boring. I liked the stay, a very nice small hotel, but I checked in on my birthday, the receptionist could at least say "congratulations", but the hotel has only three stars, you can forgive. The air conditioning works great. At the reception I asked for an iron and an adapter for the socket, they gave me everything, thank you!

Bottled water was not provided daily. Request from front desk staff and we were told to wait them to contact someone.The staff asked us to take the hot water and mix with ice from the lounge. We were told to make drinking water by ourselves. We left front desk and walk out to 7-11 to buy water after waiting long time at the counter with nothing included the outcome after they contact.

Hotel is very close to train station. There are restaurants and convenience stores near by. Clean and good service.

The place is near to Lidabashi station and around 15 minutes walking distance from Tokyo Dome. The counter staffs are helpful and nice. The room is spacious and clean.

Since it's in Tokyo, the rooms aren't very spacious and the view outside isn't particularly great, but the rooms are clean, there's a large TV, a bathroom, and everything you need is provided. It's conveniently located near Iidabashi Station, with many restaurants around the station. The price is also relatively reasonable, which is a plus.

The room was very clean and the hotel is in a great location, close to the subway station and surrounded by delicious restaurants. The front desk staff were very friendly and highlighted the required parts of the form. I also encountered a Chinese-speaking staff member who offered to help.

Facilities: All amenities are available, but you have to pick up toiletries yourself in front of the front desk on the first floor. There doesn't seem to be a drinking water connection. Cleanliness: The hotel only opened last year, so everything is quite new. Environment: There's a bus stop about 50 meters away, and the JR line and many other lines are about 300 meters away. Transportation is quite convenient, and the area is bustling with office workers. Service: Two free bottles of mineral water were provided only on the night of check-in.
