Located right by the Ikebukuro South West Exit, the hotel boasts an excellent location with plenty of shopping malls and fantastic restaurants nearby. What's even more convenient is the direct bus service to Narita Airport available right from the hotel.

I forgot to take many pictures of the hotel, so the ones I took when checking out were a bit messy. But the room was perfect for one person, it had everything I needed. Plus, the service was great. Lumine is right across the street, making shopping super convenient with tons of food options nearby. Getting around is a breeze as both JR and subway lines are accessible. It was especially convenient for Universal Studios, just a direct 30-minute ride without any transfers. I stayed for 7 days this time and it was truly excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The best part? The airport limousine bus stops directly in front of the hotel!

This hotel is not the first time I am staying at and past few stay over past 2 years previously was great.
Upon arrival into Tokyo, there is limo bus available from Narita / Haneda Airport straight to hotel itself which is super convenient and time saving. (Limo bus booking available at hotel toward Airport is available too)
The hotel was walking distance (less than 3 min) toward the train station. There are Family mart, 7-11 , Lawson nearby also which is very important (Within inside the hotel, there is another convenience store as well)
Nearby mall such as Lumine, Sobu, Tobu are within walking distance . Otherwise another mall Sunshine city which is 10 to 15 min walk away.
The room itself was pretty consistent good compared to the past few stays
Just nice bed for solo like myself, walking space in the room was ok for myself as well (including luggage). The toilet was ok since it is pretty standard across most hotel .
Housekeeping was great and all details well taken care of.
Definitely recommending to anyone out there who are looking at Ikebukuro area as it is well connected to any area.
Will be back one day soon next year 😀😀

The location is super convenient! It's just a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station West Exit and also 5 minutes from the airport limousine bus stop. Lumine department store is literally a minute's walk from the entrance, and there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Highly recommend overall!

Hotel had direct limousine bus connections to Narita and Haneda. They are quite strict on check-in/check-out times. Prefer if they have some flexibility on this. Could store bags before check-in times 3pm and after check-out at 12 noon. The staff spoke good English and were helpful. Room was on 8th floor - non-smoking floor. Quite a good size. Two twins and extra bed can fit 3 adults comfortably. The 8th floor seems to be older rooms - maybe not renovated floor compared to some other floors. Location is good, across from Lumine/Tobu Dept Store on the West side of Ikebukuro Station.
