Room is small like most japanese hotels. Room is clean and layout is good. Staff are friendly. Near convenience stores. About a 10-15 minute walk to the metro

Space was just enough for 2 if there is not much shopping. The room was clean and even if you opt for no housekeeping, they still provide a clean set of towel replacement. Laundry machine was useful. Staff are friendly and helpful and location is convenient. Overall a good experience! Will come back again!

The room was very clean and quiet, and had everything we needed. They offer unlimited toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, and more on the first floor. It's also very convenient to get to the city center, and there are 7-11s nearby. I'll definitely come back next time!

The location is super convenient, and the room size was just right for me traveling solo with a small suitcase. However, if you have a larger suitcase, the room might feel a bit cramped. The service and cleanliness were excellent, and I had a very comfortable night's sleep. I'll definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Shinjuku.

Room is very clean and tidy, a bit small but typical for tokyo. Towels were changed everyday or left outside the room if you opt out of cleaning for the day. Location is perfect, away from the noise and crowds in Shinjuku but still walking distance. Automated check-in kiosks and free toiletries and other amenities at the lobby. The hotel also had laundry facilities and offered breakfast but I didn’t get to try those. The only thing I would change are the pillows, they are a lot harder than most hotels and while I still had a good sleep, I do prefer something a bit softer. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Second time staying here. The location isn't too remote; it's a convenient 10-minute walk to Kabukicho. There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The closest station is Shinjuku-sanchome, and it's located in an alley next to the Isetan parking lot.
