Repeated stay at the same hotel. Perfect location.
Some facilities in the bathroom needs to be refurbished though.

Overall, this is the largest hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo. Their bed was incredibly comfortable – I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow, never so quickly before!

Aside from its great location, this hotel was very mediocre. The room amenities were quite basic and worn. The mattress would shift significantly while sleeping, and the bedding material was of very poor quality. Every morning at 10 AM, staff would incessantly and aggressively ring the doorbell until the door was opened. Moreover, the room had a strange and unpleasant odor.

The hotel's location is superb, a quiet haven amidst the city's buzz, with Shinjuku's main commercial area within walking distance. Airport bus stops and subway stations are also just a few minutes' walk away.
As expected, the hotel's cleanliness was up to Japanese standards. The service was attentive; upon check-in, the air conditioning had already been turned on, creating a comfortable environment. Toiletries provided were from P*OLA, and other personal care items were available for self-collection.

Excellent location, a quiet oasis in bustling Shinjuku. It's also very close to Shinjuku Station and the airport bus stop. The breakfast was a real highlight and absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that the bed was too soft, which could be uncomfortable for anyone with back issues.

Very convenient just 5mins to Shinjuku Station. Very clean and most importantly, ample space to open our suitcase wide, seldom seen in most Tokyo hotels. Space is wisely designed for guests’ good usage. Tv many local and overseas channels. Totally value for money, will stay again for sure

Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Fast check-in and assisted us in making restaurant reservation (local restaurant where no online booking available and staff speak Japanese only). Highly recommended hotel!!!
