Location was great. Hotel entrance is right at one of the exit of the train station. Room size is decent, considering big for Tokyo size, we could open our lugagge on the floor by shifting abit. Big bonus for this hotel is the massage chair in the room! Much needed after all the walking and climbing stairs in Tokyo. Another plus point is that the TV can connect to YouTube! Will recommend and stay here again!

Room was small but good enough for two! Plus point is train station is just infront of the hotel!

Very convenient location. Close to the Ginza area and the Tokyo Station. Room is decent and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has the same food everyday, it would be nice if they have a bit more variety.

Perfect location within mins walk to ginza and Tokyo station. Staffs are friendly and accommodative. Gotta get amenities in lobby yourself. Great for a short 1 night stay for going in/out of Tokyo. Not a hotel for long stay or relaxation. Bathroom had the sewage smell and water pressure not strong enough in shower. Overall it's fair for its price for Tokyo. Would stay again just for the location

Really comfortable hotel. The location is amazing, next to subway G line stop and 7eleven if you need anything.

The staffs are this hotel are really nice and attentive. When we reached the hotel, we were drenched and the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby, the staffs hastily got us towels and even helped to wipe our winter jacket. During rainy days, you could actually borrow an umbrella from the reception. To the room, what makes it different from the rest of the hotels is they have a massage chair in the room! It is a decent massage chair which will help to soothe the aches after a long day of walking.

excellent location where it only took few minutes' walk to tokyo station and Ginza district. Kyobashi metro station is right in front of the hotel entrance There are a number of convenient stores below the hotel. Hotel also provides bottled water each day which was very thoughtful.

Second time staying in this hotel. Service is great as usual. Location is just infront of Kyobashi station.

"While the room was smaller than anticipated, it did cover the essentials. Unfortunately, we missed the breakfast order deadline (advertised until 10:30 am, last order 10 am) and were turned away at the restaurant. Although we overlooked the last order timing and arrived at 10.03am, the reception didn't remind us during check-in. Regrettably, our request for a breakfast refund was declined."

Very conveniently located with easy access to public transport. Walking distance to key spots. Room is towards the small end and breakfast is good not to keep you hungry. But overall good value for money.

Convenient location, which is at the exit 6 of Kyobashi station. Very near to either Ginza or Tokyo station.

Good location. A easy walk from Tokyo Station even if you have luggage. My room is an adequate size. They have a nice selection of tea bags offered at the front desk. If instant coffee can be added to the selection that willl be perfect.
