Good enviroment, room was clean and tidy but a little bit small.2 luggages fully opened which blocked some of the space. Toilet also small but very neat and tidy.
Location close to the railway station.

Booked the hotel as it was near ariake arena. Love the area! Quiet neighbourhood with a shopping center nearby that does tax free on the spot. Around a 30 mins travelling to be at the touristy area but nothing of as hassle. Can be a bit of a hassle to go to narita airport with many transfers but its nearer to haneda
Standard well cleaned hotel room. Fyi the hotel is beside a fire station🫢🫢

Very nice hotel closer to Team Labs planet and Tokyo Disney, beautiful views from our room. Staff is so friendly representing Japanese culture.
