This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I once again booked the Deluxe Twin Room. The room is spacious with a great view. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is excellent, and it's cleaned daily. However, the toothbrush is too hard and uncomfortable to use. There's a supermarket in the lobby downstairs, which is very convenient. A bus stop right outside takes you to Shinbashi Station, and you can also catch the Yurikamome Line or BRT nearby to reach central Tokyo.

Facilities: The space is quite large for Japan, with rooms offering direct bay views, excellent soundproofing, and very new decor.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean and tidy.

The hotel is very quiet, and the rooms are quite spacious. From the room window, you can see both the sea and the train tracks.
Although it's located in Toyosu, it's actually very convenient to get to the city center. I highly recommend taking the #01 bus route (pictured in image 3) right in front of the hotel to the city center – it's both cheap and fast.
The automated Yurikamome Line (pictured in image 2) is also worth taking. Shijō-mae Station is even closer on foot – just turn right out of the hotel, and you'll be there in about three minutes.
There's a large supermarket nearby (pictured in image 4) that closes at midnight. It offers a wide variety of items, and the prices are even better than the FamilyMart right outside the hotel.

The scenery is absolutely stunning. You can see so many beautiful views by taking the Seagull Line to Toyosu Artificial Island. It's right by the sea with excellent facilities, yet it's not crowded with people or cars, so you don't get the city's hustle and bustle. It's very clean and beautiful.

The room was great, quite spacious, and I loved that the toilet and shower were separate. The big window with city and night views was incredibly soothing. The location is also fantastic, within walking distance to TeamLab Tokyo, Toyosu Park, and Toyosu Market. There's a Lawson convenience store right next to the lobby, which was very handy for grabbing essentials. The only slight inconvenience was the lack of a self-service laundry machine; you had to use an external laundry service.
