The hotel is around 15 mins walk or more from Shinjuku station. I recommend to travel from Shinjuku-sanchome Station 新宿三丁目駅 and exit from E1 which is only 2-3 mins walk. However the hotel location is very close the departments stores MUJI, Uniqlo and Isetan. The room was clean and big compare to other hotels, and breakfast was nice, although simple options but was good to me.

Had some problem during the self check in as the system couldn’t find my name and booking, but after the staff assisted everything went well. The hotel is much better than expected as well and provided a lot amenities. Room is small but bigger than what i expected of a Tokyo room and sufficient for two, location is great as well, short walk to metro and have a lot of great food nearby.

The overall service was pretty good. The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, and there was even a scale available to weigh luggage. The location was also excellent, making shopping incredibly convenient.

Pretty far from Shinjuku Station and Lobby smells cigarette so bad. But the condition of room was clean.

The service was great, and the room was clean and hygienic. It's about a 10-minute walk from the JR station. Toiletries and drinks are available for self-service in the lobby. The room itself was pretty standard, but for Tokyo, it offered decent value for money.

Super central and spacious room where we could open two large luggage inside. Rooms are modern and clean with enough provided amenities. Friendly staff! Would stay here again.
