We booked 2 x rooms for our family of 4. The location was nice and quiet about less than 5-8 mins to Shinjuku via bus (bus stop across the road) and about 8-10 min walk to Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line. Although there was no room cleaning during our 4 nights stay there was an option to change the towels and garbage disposal as well. The rooms were nice and comfortable although on the smaller scale, which was expected for Tokyo. The in-room washing and dryer was the reason why we chose the hotel as travelling in winter is challenging with the amount of layers. It was so convenient. The lobby area is nice and the coffee station, tea and toiletries varieties was a nice addition. Staff are nice and helpful especially with luggage storage upon check out. We were able to do a late check out from 11am - 1pm for a small fee 4,000¥ which allowed us to freshen up after an early morning of more exploring. Forgot to mention about the Refa toiletries products and hairdryer as well, which added a nice touch to the stay.

Good location! Closed to family mart, 711, macD, tax free shop!, pharmacy, just 5 minutes away from nishi shinjuku metro and place to eat. Staff are friendly and room are clean & decent size for two people

Facilities: Quite comprehensive, even has a washing machine, though I didn't use it. Cleanliness: All the hotels I've stayed at in Japan have generally been good, and this one was par for the course. Environment: Convenient transportation, quick access to nearby areas, and I could walk around at night.

Great services and amenities available, English speaking staff. Convenient location with the nishi Shinjuku subway line being 250m away and convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Please note there is only housekeeping is not provided everyday and is limited which is explained upon checking in. We were fine with this option as we were only staying for a few days.

The room was alright.. they don't offer room cleaning, just towel changing throughout the stay. I am okay with that. We were supposed to stay 8 nights, but changed hotels after 3. The bathroom was giving off musky/moldy smell and it was old and dirty
