Hotel was pretty close to the main Ginza shopping street, JR Shimbashi station and Ginza metro stations. There is a Donki next door and convenience shops nearby which is good for small items and snacks shopping. The room booked was 20sq meters which felt quite cramped for two guests. Lobby being on the 16th floor has a good view of Tokyo Tower and surrounding areas.

Over priced, Overcrowded, dated, staff isnt trained to assist, they will only “process” guests. There are many better and newer hotels in this area that won’t be priced as high. Do not recommend. Pictures of the view are nice, but not worth it.

First time staying at this hotel and the experience was very nice! It was close to GINZA six and train station which was convenient as I hang around Minato area during my entire stay of 10 nights. The service was lovely. The room quite spacious for Tokyo. Thankyou.

The location is the best one that you can find in tokyo , the view of some room are amazing, also this is valuable but the only weakness is that the rooms are too small that it's normal in tokyo , all the hotels that I visited in Tokyo were small .

The location was unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline, especially at night. The rooms were modern and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you would expect from a high-end hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. However, the only area that could use some improvement was the in-room Wi-Fi. While it worked, the connection was not as reliable as I would have liked. This minor issue aside, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo—it’s truly an exceptional place to stay, and I look forward to returning!
