Best word to describe the hotel PERFECT! Location is near to the train station(few different station) all by walking. If U don’t have a picky eater in ur family it’s food heaven there. Extremely clean . All staff extremely friendly. Oh room kind of small. But enough for us . 2 kids 2 adult 4 luggage. Only one huge luggage the rest cabin size. Oh and the projector u need ur phone to cast on the canvas. Love love this hotel. Definitely will be back here again! Look at the bar area!

Location is near to Ginza shopping area and around here alot restaurant. Service nice and room is clean and comfortable.

Comfortable and clean rooms, spacious and well designed. Has a self-service laundry room which comes in handy. Lots of eateries nearby, walkable to stations. Enjoyed our stay there.

This was our first trip to Tokyo. We stayed at a few locations. This hotel is strategically located near Ginza station. For my son, this is a very high-tech hotel. There is a projector you can connect to your phone or laptop for gaming or watching YouTube. The toilet can play music while you shower. It can be connected via Bluetooth to hi-fi. I like the room's design and its thoughtful attention to detail. It is near all the bars and good restaurants. It is a great place to stay.

The room we were given was just above the railway. Even if I asked specifically for a quiet room, the hotel staff were inflexible, they just pretend they don't understand my request and didn't want to change the room after the first night, even if I told them I couldn't rest ar all.

Great location, lots of food options and very close to the station as well. Room was a bit small for a family with 2 kids but comfortable overall

The hotel staff are not friendly. Everything is extra charge. They didn’t deliver water to my room, when I asked for it they said I must pay extra. I asked for 30 minutes extra for check out but they said it’s extra charge. Completely unwilling to budge and the manager was incredibly arrogant. The food at the restaurant is terrible, pizza was put in a microwave and loaded with tomato paste. With the exception of the unwillingness of hotel staff to help, the hotel is convenient, other than that, it’s over priced with less then adequate customer service.

Good location and pretty new hotel. Room is slightly on the small side for the largest room size for a family of 4. We stayed twice and was on the 7th and 6th floor respectively. We will probably come back for our next trip. There is some sound from the Shinkansen due to proximity but we were too tired to notice when sleeping.

The location was great, it was between two JR Yamanote Lines with only few minutes walk. You can find a lots of restaurants nearby the hotel. It is also close to Ginza.

No fuss hotel, if you're travelling with young kids, do research ahead on nearby food options. Otherwise it is an excellent location.

Surrounded around the area of the ginza corridor which is the area of loads of food stall, super easy accessibility to barneys ginza and other bigger high end brands too. Breakfast is pretty boring but tasty nontheless. Rooms is totally totally amazing with all the great sound system and very clean and pretty spacious for japan standard. Highly recommend more for couples and travelling friends.

Location is great, nearby has different train station and walking distance to all the luxury shopping and departmental store. Just weekend lobby is too happening that make smokers a bit annoying. As the smoking room is tiny and always packed.
