It was a convenient location. I was very thankful for the 2nd stay I was allowed for an early check in with my room ready that really help to make my whole day or itinerary smooth. The staff was very warmth and welcoming from the entry to the reception and even room service. The room was tidy and clean with all necessities available for use in the room. Would recommend for a stay here if you are planning to travel by metro often as it’s near the JR Shibuya station.

Very great location as it is very near shibuya station. Just need to head down and there are many restaurants and shopping malls already. View at top floor is superb. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great service and ppl understand english all around. Food is great as well but pricey as aspected from a high end hotel

we have been staying in this hotel quite several times, although the interior may start to age, the service and the view is flawless and the location is only getting better with 2 new malls (Shibuya scramble square and Shibuya Hikarie) only 5-10mins walk through the flyover. The only reason i gave it a 4 star for facilities is that this hotel is not tailored for children, the swimming pool are for adults only. However, who wants to stay in the hotel while this is the centre of Shibuya...

Very comfortable and present stay, food (breakfast) and service (house keeping) all very good.  As there is construction work going on at the Shibuya Station, it would be very helpful if more information regarding navigation from the station to the hotel was being provided in advance, especially routes without stairs.

Convenient location, close to Shibuya crossing and the coolest izakayas. Also, walking distance to Hirajuku if you can walk long distances.

The experience was very good. Breakfast was fantastic. The location is perfect for exploring Shibuya. I'm a contemptuous cynic, and even I have nothing remotely negative to report about this hotel.

The room is spacious. The staff at the lobby are all helpful and friendly. Although the location is a bit far from the train station, it is still in an acceptable walking distance.
