Room is clean and spacious. We stayed at the main block, newly renovated. It's rare to find such spacious room in Tokyo. Breakfast buffet was good, you can choose between Western / Japanese set meal and international buffet. The international buffet includes a wide spread of dishes, especially Japanese dishes. The hotel is about 15min walk away from the Kabukicho where all the happening bars and restaurants are. It was quite a walk from the JR Nex station to the hotel though, need to find the West Concourse and walk thru an underpass (see photo). The only "complaint" I have is that the hotel needs to consider having more elevators, it's crowded in the morning and some guests couldn't get into the elevator. Usually a long queue for the elevators at the lobby floor.

Good location. It is easy to access places like Shinjuku also, the staff was nice and polite. Lastly there were many restraints and services that were in the hotel. All in all I think it was a pleasant experience but the interior of the rooms was a bit outdated and we could also hear the noise from the rooms beside us.

The hotel's location is excellent. Right outside the restaurant on B2, there's a subway entrance. It's also within walking distance of Shinjuku's central area. The hotel as a whole is clean and tidy, and the rooms are larger than many Japanese hotels, offering high-quality toiletries. Breakfast has a wide variety of options. Rooms on the south side of the hotel's South Tower face the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, offering views of Mount Fuji during the day and a light show at night. You can walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1 and go up to the free observation deck on the 52nd floor for a night view of Tokyo.
Overall, a very good stay. Especially suitable for family trips.

It’s one of the earlier hotels built in Shinjuku area. Ur actually very convenient as its has every amenities you want inside the hotel such as 24 hours convenience store like 7-11, smoking room, laundry room etc.
i only wish the price can be cheaper by a bit more because it’s still a little overpriced

Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo is situated in an excellent location and is very convenient for getting around. The staff are highly professional and extremely helpful. I was struggling with my shopping bags, and when a staff member noticed me, he quickly came over to assist without being asked.
I would also like to commend another staff member at the information counter, though I unfortunately did not catch his name. When I asked for directions to a train station to visit the Making of Harry Potter, he kindly offered to walk me all the way to the station. As it was my first time staying at this hotel, I was truly grateful for his assistance.
The room I booked included access to the Sky Lounge, which had an awesome view and was an excellent place to relax. Entry was complimentary for hotel guests, while non-guests have to pay. Drinks and Starbucks coffee were also available for free, which was a nice bonus.
I am very much looking forward to staying at this hotel again.

Location good. Big room. Nearby eatery, shopping, train station and bus terminal. Service good. Service staff at bell/luggage counter, front office, information counter will do their best to help us. Housekeeping everyday tidy and clean our room - excellent service. Last min hop in to Free Shuttle bus service to Disneyland and disneysea - help by information team - excellent. Airport limousine to door. Luggage delivery service - help by bell team. Help us save a lot of trouble. Definitely will be back to stay.

A really great hotel located in Shinjuku West, offering convenient transportation and plenty of shopping options. There are also many restaurants nearby. A 30-square-meter room is considered quite spacious for a bustling area like Tokyo.
