Location: 9/10 The location is excellent, just 7-10 minutes from the metro station. On your way back to the hotel, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores. Service: 8/10 The check-in process is efficient and prompt, with key cards prepared in advance. It takes about 5 minutes to complete the check-in. Facilities: 9/10 The hotel features a spacious communal bath on the rooftop, offering both indoor and outdoor areas for guests to relax. Room Size: 7.5/10 Typical of Tokyo accommodations, the room size is modest. The hotel location is excellent. There is a family mart connected to the hotel just downstairs and a short walk (just cross the street) to gotanda station on the yamamote line. There is a wonderful bakery, Rod, just outside the station. Though we would hear the trains in our room, it did not bother us, and we slept very well during our stay. They also provide additional toiletries like facial wash and moisturiser.

A nice hotel with good views of Tokyo if based on the higher floors. Could see Mt Fuji on one morning of staying here. Would stay again and is close to the metro station.

Location is good, super close to shibuya and harajuku. Couple if stations away from ginza too with the asakasa line. Clean room, comfy bed. Pillow too small but good. Generally good area to stay in. Near to supermarket and don donki too.

This is one of the best location hotels we have stayed in Tokyo! Despite lack of late night restaurants, Lawson is just next door. Or else you can walk 10 mins to the next JR Yamanote line stop for variety of late night restaurant. The room and facility is quite nice for such price tag. The only drawback is that the aircon is a bit confusing to operate

Great location, just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) from the metro station. Navigating the Tokyo Metro is super easy, and I used Google Maps, which provides step-by-step directions. It’s an efficient and affordable way to get around Tokyo—much faster and cheaper than a taxi. Don’t be afraid to use the subway; you won’t get lost, and you can always ask for help. Almost everyone speaks English. The hotel is nice and clean, with a friendly and helpful lobby staff. Everyone speaks English. I recommend adding breakfast to your booking—you won’t be disappointed. One minor downside of this hotel is the airport shuttle. The intervals between pickups from Haneda Airport are over an hour, so I opted for Uber, which cost me about 4300 yen—cheaper than an airport taxi and more comfortable. MYSTAYS also provides an airport drop-off service, but only until 11:50 AM. Other than that, everything was great. Whenever I travel to China via Tokyo, I stay at MYSTAYS. Both MYSTAYS Narita and MYSTAYS Omori are excellent hotels. Attention MYSTAYS staff: Please consider adding a couple of complimentary water bottles to the rooms.

If you have an overnight transfer at Haneda Airport and have a limited budget, this hotel is a good choice. The room is really small, um, quite small. The front desk is very nice and helpful. There are many small restaurants nearby, but they close a little early, at 1 a.m.

The room is not big, but it has everything you need, except that the window cannot be opened and there is a street outside. However, for solo travelers, the transportation location is convenient. If you need to catch a flight at Haneda Airport the next morning, this place is economical and affordable. There are also convenience stores and supermarkets next door, which is very convenient!

I stayed here to attend a live performance at Ariake Arena. A friend told me that the station was close and that there was a limousine bus to Haneda Airport. It was very convenient. I got off at Aomono Yokocho Station from Haneda Airport and walked, but it was a bit far and I got lost. I don't think I'd use it outside of the Ariake area. The hotel was new and clean, and the staff at the front desk and breakfast restaurant were kind and helpful. I had a comfortable stay. I had two breakfasts, and the menu was different so I didn't get bored. The limousine bus was very convenient as it was close to Haneda Airport! The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I'll use it again if I need something in the Ariake area.

The hotel is convenient if you're flying out of Haneda, as it's relatively near Haneda airport. They have a nice sitting area / lounge with a view of the port area. Amenities are kept near the elevators going up to the rooms, and there's also some coffee / tea there. There is a train station near the hotel, and an Aeon in the same big block. There are also convenience stores nearby; there's one at the ground floor.
