The hotel is directly connected to the mall, like just a door away, which in turn connects to train stations so you get the option to walk in indoor areas to walk to and from station and your hotel room. It has its own Family Mart konbini within its premises. Speak of real convenience! Second time booking this hotel. May be more bookings to come!

i booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!

My mother stayed there when he visited me in Tokyo. She did nor speak Japanese and English. When checking in the attendant at the front desk kept on speaking Japanese to my mom. And she had to call me as she didn’t understand anything. I tried to help with my limited Japanese but I couldn’t very much as she was speaking in honorific forms and I was not good at them. I also had my Japanese friends help me. Everything took like 45 min. And after that I asked the front desk lady if she had a translator app or something. And then she brings out a translator machine box which translate perfect Turkish!!! And she did not even use that once in that 45 min. My mom would not have to call me if she used that translator at the beginning. That was very unprofessional of the staff. Mere laziness!!!

The place is quite small (barely opens to the middle), and the microwave is only available on the 2nd floor, but it is close to the pool and can be used in popular places, within about 15-20 minutes.

Friendly staff.
Walking distance to sunshine plaza.
I booked two rooms (1 for myself, 1 for girlfriend and her mum)
The room my gf was in had a weird odor. And upon checking we realized the smell was coming from the aircon which seem to have not been cleaned for a long while.
I reported it to the staff, and the following day they contacted someone to clean up the aircon filter.
Aside from this unfortunate incident of overlooked cleanliness, the rest of the stay was pleasant.

It not my first time staying here and the stay experience still remain consistent and great for me.
First of all , hotel location is located very near to the Ikebukuro station. There are convenience stores such as Family mrt , lawson and 7-11 within less than 5 min walk
Room wise was definitely suitable for solo.person as the room size and space allowance was sufficient.
Definitely will be back soon

For a 3-star hotel, this room offers great value for money. The location is very close to Ikebukuro Station, just less than 5 mins walk away. There are so many restaurants and stores in the vicinity. In a 3-guest room, there is even an extra sink outside the bathroom, which makes things easier for 3 girls staying in the room together. The room may not be large, but it's cozy and comfortable. The hair dryer is excellent; we all wanted to buy it because it dries hair very smoothly and leaves it feeling silky.

Best value for money, Gangju! There are daily and hourly rate differences, so check often.
If you exit from the Ikebukuro West Central Exit, you can see the Super Hotel sign and it is close.
If you take the Erebeta from the C1b exit of the station, the hotel is right next to it.
From 3 PM to 7 PM, there are various welcome drinks, and the quantity and quality of the free breakfast are satisfactory.
In addition, it is the best value for money because it has a large bath.
You can choose 5 animations you need when checking in.
A department store and drug store. Donki are in front of the east exit. There are many commercial facilities to the south, and the west side opposite the hotel is a quiet school residential area, and there are many bars in the back.

A relatively new hotel in the shopping district. It was a short walk away from the JR Station. The staff was cordial. A sweet treat was provided daily and there was a water dispenser in the lobby, besides the usual coffee machine.

We had a great stay at Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro! The location is excellent—just about a minute’s walk from a nearby train exit at Ikebukuro Station, making it super convenient for getting around.
The hotel offers great amenities, including free newspapers, tumblers, coffee, ice, water, and toiletries. The room is more spacious than the typical Tokyo hotel rooms. A standout feature is the in-room washing machine, which adds a lot of convenience. The bed was big and very comfortable, and the TV supports Netflix and other streaming apps.
Service was good throughout our stay, and overall, we had a really comfortable experience. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Outstanding
GGuest UserI went with my lover! It was clean and very easy to spend. There are many shops around, so there is no problem with restaurants. It was the first time for the guest house itself, but it was relatively easy to understand because the name and room of the building were written at the entrance.
If you force me to raise my caution, it may be a little difficult to walk on hot days because it is a little far from the nearest station (Ikebukuro Station). Other than that, I really had no complaints.
Recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time with lovers and friends!

Amazing
ZZouzoukankan12 points. Recommend this hotel to friends who come to Ikebukuro.
Let's talk about the location first. It's only a three-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station. It's very easy to find on the roadside.
The hotel is newly opened. You can find the environment by looking at the pictures I posted.
It's very fresh and very comfortable.
You can order food, drinks and coffee when sitting outside at night.
There is a self-service machine on the first floor for check-in.
All supplies can be picked up in the lobby on the first floor.
The room is very big. What's special is that there is a steam room and a massage bathtub.
I booked a family of three and each person had a bed and slept very comfortably.

GGuest UserExcellent service! Receptionist Zhang Li Qiu waited for us, we reached almost midnight! Immediately walked us to nearby convenience store, even warmed t store’s meal for us as we were hungry. Staff Du Zi Yang also very polite. Very clean. Spacious by Jap standard. Separate bathroom n toilet.
Very convenient, convenience store, minimart stone’s throw away. Short walking distance to eateries, restaurants, shopping malls eg Sunshine city. Hotel very near Ikebukuro station easily accessible to other main districts / tourist attractions eg Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku.

Yyoyo021120The transportation is very convenient. If you know the way, you can reach the Ikebukuro West Exit (North) in 7 or 8 minutes by brisk walking, and it will take about 10 minutes to walk slowly. This hotel is not big, and the entrance is not very eye-catching, but it is not only convenient in the surrounding area, but also slightly avoids the hustle and bustle next to Ikebukuro Station, so it can be said to be quiet in the hustle and bustle. The interior is very clean, and the staff (landlord?) are also very enthusiastic. At the same time, there is no perfunctory attitude that many Japanese in Tokyo have towards foreigners. This hotel is very popular. When I wanted to stay for another night on the day of arrival, there was no room. This time the room is at the end of the corridor, with two windows, I like it very much.

Very Good
KKobChareeyaThe hotel is in very good locations. The staff is nice. The bed was good except extra bed. Don’t ever expect you would have a good sleep on that thing. We stayed for a week and the hotel only gave us 4 bottles of water on first day and no more. Told us to refilled water at the lobby. If we want more water , go buy at the 711 downstairs. Ok, we supposed to use same water bottle for the whole week. This is kinda ridiculous. And if you don’t leave the room by 11 o’clock, they wouldn’t clean the room for you. If you don’t mind about all these, it’s a good place to stay.

GGuest UserThe room is big, the front desk lady is Chinese, the service is very considerate, I lost something and was about to return home, I found that the hotel sent an email reminder in time, I rushed back to get it, I was very touched, I will come again next time I have the chance

PPhoenixOther aspects of the hotel are fine, after all, it is not the kind of luxury hotel suitable for staying for several days, it is more suitable for backpackers.
There is a disadvantage that the experience is very poor, that is, the ventilation fan in the room cannot be turned off, the noise is very loud, which greatly affects sleep.
Hopefully the hotel can improve.
