Late check in due to the arrival entry system changed. But the check-in process is less than 5 minutes for a tired customer after Q at custom entry clearance for 2.5 hrs, it is fantastic!

Overall ok, friendly and helpful counter staffs. We were asked to go to another building that is ~100m away which is fine. Convenient Shuttle bus to airport.
Only one negative part is the hotel buffet breakfast restaurant male staff who was rigid and unhelpful in arranging for seats for 3 of us; and then I witnessed again when he insisted in making a cabin crew guest sit at a table she didn’t want to. This left a bad impression.
