隔音很差，都是叔叔阿姨，早早的就起床開始嘰嘰喳喳了，十二點不到，十點多就來催退房，這點很不好，離蘆茨灣也要走一個上坡過馬路比較危險，玩好走過去還蠻累的，建議還是住在蘆茨灣那邊，價格其實差不多的，那邊都是包吃包住的，可以打電話問問價格

這裏就挨着富春江之流，遊戲玩水方便。民宿這價格不便宜，設施也一般般。定的兩個房間，都有股臭味，就像是拖把發臭的味道，從哪裡來的葉不知道，衹能湊合休息下。還有蚊子奇多，蚊香也沒有，一晚上起來三四趟打蚊子。

兩天住下來，給我最大感受就是店家姐姐服務超級好！幫準備早餐，油條蘸醬油好吃！而且會問我們要去哪些景區，白雲源會有優惠票，來住的小夥伴一定要記得和店家姐姐問一下！房間環境整體還是不錯的，住的也比較舒服，但是wifi為啥晚上十一二點就開始沒了，然後第二天早上六七點才又恢復，兩晚都是如此，很奇怪…最後！我真是服了住在周邊或同棟的阿姨叔叔，太太太有精神了（完全不在乎別人感受）每天早上六點一過非常大聲地説話，兩天都沒辦法睡個懶覺，無語了…
