Tongren Zhongnanmen Ancient City·Fengyi Fanju

Located in the ancient city, this hotel boasts a Chinese garden style. Our family room was very spacious and, a huge plus, had two bathrooms! The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but they provide a shuttle to a neighboring hotel, which I'm guessing is owned by the same person. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown – very limited variety and they were slow to replenish items.

My stay at Fengyue · Fengyi Fanjuan exceeded all expectations! The hotel perfectly blends traditional Chinese garden aesthetics with modern comfort. Step outside, and you're in the bustling heart of Zhongnanmen Ancient City; turn around, and you're back in a tranquil courtyard – every corner is picture-perfect. What truly touched me was the meticulous butler service. They thoughtfully included complimentary Longchuan Jinjiang boat tickets, and when I encountered rain returning from breakfast, they proactively offered a car pick-up. These small details truly showcased their warmth and care. From its excellent location and unique ambiance to the incredibly human-centric service, this trip to the ancient city was made exceptionally pleasant.

This B&B in Tongren Ancient City exceeded our expectations! We had originally booked another place, but when we were exploring the ancient city, the host of our original booking said there wasn't enough space for our group. After canceling that, we spontaneously booked Fanjia in the ancient city, and it was a pleasant surprise. The kids absolutely loved it. It's just a few minutes' walk to the foot of Dongshan Mountain, and if you go up, you can see the 500-year-old Dongshan Temple.

The hotel is right next to the old town, so the location is fantastic. The interior feels like a garden. Breakfast was just okay. Getting to the hotel by taxi can be a bit tricky, but the customer service is excellent. It's very convenient as a stopover.

This hotel is great! The environment is lovely, it's comfortable and quiet, and offers excellent value for money. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Jiang, was so kind to give our child a free breakfast voucher. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Tongren.

My choice of hotel for this 318 trip did not disappoint at all; everything was great, from the ambiance to the service. I just forgot to take photos. But this hotel is indeed very beautiful with a lovely environment.

The decor, cleanliness, and facilities were truly excellent and convenient. Being located right in the old town makes it great for families, and the views from outside are lovely. The night lights are beautiful, and you can even pick up various matcha samples during your visit.
