The company arranged to come to Tongxiang for a business trip. The room facilities are complete. There are quite a lot of restaurants nearby. There are places to eat on both sides of the stairs. You can walk a few hundred meters to the Vientiane Hui Shopping Mall. It is very convenient and lively. After the shift, I went back to the hotel and went to the Hema Supermarket in the meeting. Parking ground and underground parking spaces are free and very convenient, very suitable for business trip candidates!

The room environment is very good. I really like it. It's good. It's my first time to stay here. I came here with expectations and they upgraded my room for free. The front desk service attitude is also very good. I really like it. The outside has been redecorated. There are bamboos and the atmosphere is very good. There are also many flowers and succulents. Opposite is the Lake View Park. You can go out for a walk after dinner. It's good. I like it and will recommend friends to stay here in the future.

If you go to Wuzhen, the price of Ji Hotel in Tongxiang is favorable, and the location is not far away. It takes half an hour to drive there. The room is not big, the decoration facilities are quite new, you can see the details of the glue in the picture. The texture of the socket is OK, and the toilet hot water is good. Hygiene is clean to the naked eye. No smell.
I think the overall price/performance ratio is very high. It is suitable to come to play or stay for one night temporarily.
The only problem: it is not suitable to sleep late and the sound insulation is not good. Auntie is very obvious in the corridor.

I recently stayed at DiShang Hotel , and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from the room was breathtaking.
The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in a classic scholar garden. It's a bit far away from the entrance but free shuttles offer excellent way getting in and out the hotel. The surrounding is very quiet and away from major tourist traffic. The hotel is right by a classy covered bridge and near the canal so it's nice to walk to that side.
We have traveled the world staying in many luxury hotels but Eden Club House offered the best service we've received. XiaoJin小金 and team picked us up from the entrance, arranged luggage to be transferred to the hotel and back to the entrance on the departing date.
I like Eden Club working with the nearby large hotel to offer the swimming pool options. We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot. We appreciated hotel staff toured us around that lively riverbank area.
My girls loved the free fish food offered by the hotel, just one of many examples that the hotel service team went above and beyond to increase customer satisfaction.

1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

SsiennayuThe hotel is the best accommodation in the scenic area. It was converted from a mansion. The service is very nice, but because of the renovation of Shengting, it was upgraded to Jintang. The housekeeper will contact and report in advance and come out to deliver the whole process to the room, which is very meticulous.
You will pass by it countless times from Xizha Street. The small sign is not conspicuous, but once you enter the lobby, you will see a different world. The floor is all marble, showing the luxurious quality. The waiter always smiles and says hello, which really puts customers first.
🍒There are welcome fruits in the room, which makes people feel warm
✅The waiter will enthusiastically send a steam eye mask to relieve the fatigue of the journey
🍱The breakfast is semi-self-service. There are porridge, bread, juice, etc. for you to take, but the single-order items such as steamed buns, yellow croaker noodles, and fried eggs are very delicious, especially the yellow croaker noodles are boneless, which is very considerate and tastes great
The hotel's Chinese restaurant is also well received in Wuzhen. Guests staying in the hotel can enjoy a 10% discount and the taste is also good
In the evening, I asked the waiter for a foot bath bucket, which is fully available
In addition, Dyson hair dryers, L'Occitane toiletries, disposable bath bags and bath salts are all available. The surprise disposable numbers are made of wood, which is of high quality

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

MMelody Cowe took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids.
We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

Yyunt mingWe booked 2 rooms for two nights. Receptionist 纪丹阳 was very helpful and upgraded riverside rooms for us. We had a very good quality buffet breakfast.The location was very good as the rooms are inside the scenic area so we enjoyed taking photos in the morning and at night before 10 pm without crowd in the scenic area.I recommend to stay in this hotel at least one night in this scenic area to enjoy day and night experience.我们订了两间房，住两晚。前台接待员季丹阳非常乐于助人，还给我们升级了河边房。我们享用了非常优质的自助早餐。位置非常好，因为房间就在景区内，所以我们早上和晚上 10 点之前都可以拍照，景区内没有拥挤的人流。我建议在这个景区至少在这家酒店住一晚，享受白天和夜晚的体验。

AAnhthu20Location: 5min walk to Wuzhen ticket office and long-distance bus stops. Next to many local eateries and Hanfu shops. Super convenient to walk around.
Room: cozy, big enough for 4 people, clean toilet, but feel very cold during winter (or maybe because I didn't know how to use the AC remote control). Room price is affordable, cheaper than those inside Wuzhen.
Service: owner is super friendly and supportive. He helped carry our luggage upstairs and even sent us tea and snacks when we left. There's a restaurant on ground floor that offers meals from morning till evening (but to me food was so so, not delicious). Free bottled water.
=＞ Pleasant stay overall. I'd recommend this place if you travel in summer, spring or fall.

FFlynnNice hotel and service even though the room is not equipped with the high technology devices but did notice the hotel is well maintenance. Good service provided with the luggage to deliver to the room and shuttle provided to/from the hotel to the entrance. Breakfast can be improved with more varieties to be provided.

GGuest UserIt's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing.
From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling.
The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart.
I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel.
I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there.
The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window.
When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
