Great stay outside of Pompeii! The staff is very friendly and let us park and leave our car to avoid the traffic around Pompeii region, the area is very quiet, and the restaurant downstairs is very good! The included breakfast was good, and the views overlooking Vesuvius and the bay are beautiful! The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable, would definitely stay again!

First of all, I commend Dominica and Antonio for their exemplary service and helping welcome us in the property. The hotel is near Pompeii and Herculaneum, two important archeological sites. The seafood dinner was great. The hotel has a great view of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. The reason that my rating is not a perfect 10 was that when I was paying for my hotel bill on the last day, the credit card machine did not work as it did not connect to the network and this is bad for a 4-star hotel whose guests pays by credit card. Nothing was wrong with my credit card, but the hotel staff said their machine could not connect to the network. They suggested I pay via PayPal. I did, but PayPal charged me a very bad exchange rate. My credit card uses the most current exchange rate and that day it was around $1.05 US dollar to 1 Euro, but Paypal's exchange rate was $1.10 US to 1 Euro. I ended up paying $20 more, and that $20 went to Paypal. I was penalized $20 since the hotel's credit card machine did not work. My advice to the hotel owners - get 2 or 3 machines and make sure it works. I would never use Paypal again to pay for a foreign hotel, because they make big money off the exchange rate. I lost $20, because of this. Not happy about this aspect. This is a logistics aspect that the hotel can solve, and I advice they get a better system. This is the first hotel whose credit card system does not work, and this is a 4-Star hotel. Please correct this logistics problem.

It was fantastic. The people working there are very friendly and professional. The restaurant at night was amazing very fresh and tasty.

When the balcony of your panoramic room/floor has views on one side to Vesuvius and the coast down to Sorrento, overlooking Capri on the other, you know you’ve chosen a great hotel. Staff just lovely; prices much in keeping with 4* peers. Pool refreshingly cool & location handy for both Ercolano & Pompeii

The hotel is beautiful and in a lovely spot. The staff were so helpful and friendly, from giving advice to shuttling us down to the train station, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was and added bonus and made the hotel an absolute winner! Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was great and the staff were even better. They went out of their way to make our stay (and from what we saw, the stays of others) as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Loved our stay here! The hotel staff were so kind and treated us like family. Gorgeous hotel and stunning views. About a 10 minute drive from a street with many restaurants (highly recommend Capri Blue). Loved this hotel and very cute breakfast. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The rooms are spacious. Really enjoyed our stay here!

The property overall was very nice, it also looked like a very nice property to host a wedding. Our room in general was very good, the only thing I would say, is that the bathroom needs to be re-grouted and recaulked other than that my wife and I had a nice time. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They also offer a shuttle service if you want to go to one of the docks to take a ferry to the isle of Capri.

The owner and Manager were very hands on and eager to please the guests and help in any way they could to make their/our stay in their hotel as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a lovely meal and wine and our room was upgraded so that we had the beautiful view of the Bay of Naploli and the Island of Capri every day. The staff were all very friendly and spoke excellent English. They were respectful but also fun. Breakfast was my favourite time as it was in a beautiful sunroom glazed all around and very spacious..bringing the outside in with beautiful coloured plants. Breakfast menues were excellent also. Antonio, The Manager, is one of the best we have had rhe pleasure to meet. He offered his services to organise trips for us to Pompeii with personal guide and Herculaneum and the City of Napoli Museum to see the artifacts from Pompeii and surrounding areas. He was genuinely pleased to help make our stay there as pleasant and informative as possible and really went over and beyond for us. The owner, Luciano, of the hotel was also hands on at breakfast greeting his guests and serving too. Plus he cooked for us as well on a few occasions and he introduced us to fish (sea bass) with pasta!! Delicious! He also was available to take us and guests to various places of interest like Pompeii and come back for us at a specific time or we could call when we wanted to be collected. If he was a real gentleman too. Lovely relaxing hotel.
