I stayed here for work. The room was average, but I was attracted by the reasonable price and the fact that breakfast was only 390 yen. In fact, for just 390 yen, you get all-you-can-eat ochazuke! The ingredients were plentiful, so I ended up eating three bowls. 😋 I was very satisfied.

When I entered the smoking room, there was a slight smell, but I had Febreze and put curtains and carpets on and it didn't bother me. I guess the reason they charge for breakfast is because they can't compete with the big companies.

The facilities were generally old and the bathtub was too small, so it was difficult to wash my body. Smoking was allowed, so it couldn't be helped, but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The coffee service was delicious!

Some rooms were newer than others, but the amenities were comfortable and I was satisfied. The design and functionality of the pillows being able to be used as backrest cushions are a great plus.
