I had a very unpleasant incident with the Head of Customer service Mr. Ilgiz. I have got a call at 10 am in the morning and was told to immediately leave the room. The explanation was very inaudible saying something like: we have to clean your suite as will need to show your room to some visitors coming at 12.00. I have a feeling that the guy had difficulties speaking Russian or English as he failed to explain details and kept urging me to leave the room immediately. In return I was offered to ”immediately move to De-Lux suite” that made absolutely no sense taking into account that I was to check out in couple of hours. A terrible service example for Crowne Plaza brand. I am an IHG Platinum member and stayed in numerous Crowne Plazas worldwide, so it's the first example how a good location and cleanliness of the Hotel can be easily ruined by a single wrong person on the stuff.

The first - if on the map you thought that the hotel is removed from the center and sights - it is not quite so, the place around the hotel is live and comfortable, trams and buses are very cheap, to the central places very close. The first time I was tired when booking Hilton points and the first time I encountered several cocks when cleaning the room (folded a packed towel under the view of clean and ... pardon, sticky lady detail on the bottom of the garbage bucket in the room. But Whatsapp hotel responded quickly in the evening. Breakfasts were good, although it went half an hour before the end - everything was, nothing ended, local vac-whites and chicks were added to the usual menu. It is still surprising only that, That in Hamptons there is almost no mini-fridge in the room, even the simplest Ibis are more likely to have them. And here - a tug with a smooth board always is, and the refrigerator is not found.

I liked your hotel very much: chic interiors, beautiful New Year's Eve decoration, good spa, free bottled water, a variety of Swedish Table breakfasts with honey in the mouth, 24 hours a day you can order food from the restaurant (on a separate menu) Directly into the room and perfect silence. At late check-in at 22:30, they were fed with dinner, although they should not. At early departure, they provided sandwiches and fruit. My comments were solely from the sincere desire to help make the hotel perfect. So: 1.Coffee for breakfast is impossible to drink, the problem is obviously in poor grains. 2.The waiters are loudly discussing the working moments (sook don't touch, let's leave for breakfast; eat until nobody cleans anything; do not miss the guest (prof.ethics) etc.) 3. The Light Something There Cocktails were served in unwrought glasses (with traces of dry drops), neatly as in the Soviet dining room. 4. The uniformity of lunches and dinners under the system ”all included” was unpleasantly surprised. On the second day there was no desire to choose food from the same, although everything was quite tasty. The servings are big. 5. The shower cabin at 337 was heavily flowing, a huge pot on the floor every time. 6. An incomprehensible light switching system in the room, it is a whole quest. 7. Beauty is synthetic, constantly electrified. 8.Olga from the SPA, recording the pool payment debt for me (the map with me to the pool I take not for safety reasons), frankly worried that I would refuse to pay. It was humiliating.

Good day! The other day I stayed in this hotel and was unpleasantly surprised. Unfortunately the pluses I can't remember. Only breakfast is 3+. Of the downsides: 1. Very small rooms. 2. A terrible little shower cabin, I 'm a man not big 160cm and not thick felt like in a canned bank, very much it didn 't like. 3. The bathroom did not have heating (as in the meat department of the supermarket) on request for something to do today, the next day left the application as a result of the whole life of the disease did not win. The temperature on the street was -30. 4. The most striking was that every time they put an open tooth set in which there was no toothpaste (even the opinion that I had the same brush from the garbage back and put it suspiciously the same was from the toothbrush). 5. The whole floor in some spots is scary and fantastic what is for spots, different colors. 6. No teapot, no tea or coffee in the room. Yes there is, just an empty glass. 7. The view from the window is terrible, better not look, well maybe I'm so lucky. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, look for such money options better. In Ufa they are definitely there.

The only plus of the hotel is its location, starting with the administrator to the resepshne something went wrong or it was in order of things that is very upset( 1. Absolutely apathy and initiative administrator to the resepshne, Not even trying to find a staff member to carry the heavy suitcase, parallel rude guests from the wedding. Disinformed about the conveniences of room 2. Grey and old wool and towels, soft mattress 3. No dressing, brought on demand. Old, chewable belt. 4. Shoulder and shampoo in sasha, 1 pcs. Excellent quiet place. Old part of the city, convenient to leave to the airport. Nearby embankment and walk zones. To the shop if it needs 5-7 minutes walk. At the same time there are no large numbers of residential houses around. Very customer-oriented staff, always respond to requests try to go to the hotel's possibilities as far as possible. There is a sauna visited as well, but it does not create inconvenience. Food is possible both on the restaurant menu and on the Swedish table menu. There is a minus, sometimes in the cafe feel unpleasant and unclear smell, but you can ask for food in the room. In terms of price and quality, it is probably the best place in Ufa.
