Firstly, it's my mistake for booking a smoking room but when I asked the next morning if I could change rooms, they said they were fully booked. Even though, Trip showed you could book non-smoking rooms at that moment. But I don't want to argue. Instead, the staff recommended the deodorizing spray which helped, alongside blasting the AC. Aside from that, I think the man I talked to was nice & trying his best. Forgetting about the smell, in this room for me, walls are just dirty. The tub looked used. The furniture looked old. They have all the amenities, including PJs, either in the room or by the front desk. Location is good, right by the station & a nice area to scroll but nothing exciting in close vicinity in terms of shopping or attractions.

This hotel was great for my needs. I needed a simple room to stay at, as I had a very early morning bus the next morning. Check in was very smooth. Receptionist spoke fluent English, and explained everything very clearly. I didn't have a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled great!

Very nice hotel. The front desk staff will make sure you have everything you need. The free morning breakfast is filling, with its eggs, potato salad, and bread with jelly and juices. There aren't too many restaurants nearby, but there are plenty by the train station which is just a 5-minute walk. And there are three convenience stores even closer than that. The bed and pillow are comfortable, and the bathroom is very useable, with free amenities provided by the front desk.

I used this hotel when I went to Disney! The staff were very kind and helpful! The room was a little small, but I think it was worth the price. It was close to the station and within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores, so it was very convenient! There were plenty of amenities, which was nice!

It was a clean and well-located hotel! I stayed for 2 nights, but I could choose not to have the room cleaned, and they left me just towels, which was a very convenient system. Amenities were also provided, including toothbrushes, gums, and combs.

The service is terrible. I booked a non-smoking room. After I sat in the room for a while, I found an ashtray on the table and cigarette ashes on the washstand. So I went to the front desk and found that they made a mistake. They gave me the key to the new room and asked me to return the key to the front desk after changing the room.
