Hotel is old. Hotel floor corridors are dim. Fulton are too thin. It is the first onsen hotel did not supply body location in the public bath. Room amenities such as facial products, utensils, coffee are not place in the lobby. They are in the front office counter drawer. You have to ask to get it. But there are special shops inside the hotel. That is amazing. Free welcome green tea for each guest. Morning 9:00-10:00 public bath stop operate for cleaning.

Hotel is classic. Aged. Not able to use the hot tub in room as it take me long time to clean I believe. No need to order breakfast, it was held in a big hall and food was very simple and not worth to wake up early for that.

It is an excellent onsen hotel. The service is wonderful. The facility is very good. The dinner and the breakfast are very, very delicious. I have to praise the people working in the hotel as they really care about the customer and explain everything in detail. Excellent experience.

Good place

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The bedroom door couldn't be closed. I called the front desk to fix it. They said it was fixed, but it broke again when I opened it. The room was too cold to sleep. I asked to change rooms. The door could be closed, but the room was still very cold. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted and the temperature couldn't be raised. Later, a warm fan was provided. The quilt cover was also strange. It fell off after sleeping for a while. This is not like a Japanese hot spring hotel. The room fee of more than 3,000 is not worth it. A female service staff took us into the room and introduced the gift shop along the way. When we got to the room, she took out the room precautions prepared in advance from her mobile phone and let us take a look. I didn't feel the warmth of the hot spring hotel at all. When I stayed in a hot spring hotel before, the room would help you warm up the room, and the service attitude was very warm. This time, the feeling was extremely bad. I couldn't push the room even if I wanted to. Where to find a room at 10 o'clock in the evening? The hotel facilities are too old. Dinner and breakfast were included, so the food was delicious and the soup was really enjoyable. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but please refer to the pictures of the view and dinner outside of the room. I highly recommend this place!

The tatami room includes a private bath. There are two large baths for ladies, one indoor and one open-air. It is really comfortable. The breakfast is buffet style. It is about a three or four minute walk from the bus station. The town is very quiet. You can buy souvenirs and other products in the hotel. If you don't want to go out and don't have a meal, you can buy lunch boxes/sandwiches in the hotel. The price is reasonable and delicious. They are made by the hotel restaurant. Go out to eat the famous hot spring tofu and hot spring ice cream, which are delicious!

This time during our trip to Japan, we were most satisfied with the hotel we stayed in. We booked breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was rich and the dinner was exquisite Japanese cuisine with good taste. It was a great experience.

The accommodation is old, but it was cleanly maintained and I was able to heal thanks to the kindness of the staff and the comfort and relaxation provided by the hot springs.

The accommodation and meals in different rooms will be different, and eating is not done in the room, so if you are a family, it is best to reserve the same room type. But overall the hotel is very clean and comfortable. 

I passed by and thought it was pretty good. I went to Tokyo and returned to stay for two nights. The hotel has a bit of history and you can see that it is very sophisticated. The tatami room, customer service came to the room at 18:00 to spread the quilt, the smell of the tatami mat is very unique. The breakfast is rich, there are many izakayas around the hotel, I like the quiet feeling of Kyushu. There is a small balcony where you can smoke. The facilities are a bit old but very classy.

From the moment you enter the hotel lobby, you feel the most expected Japanese-style exquisite and considerate service. The various decorations and landscaping in the hotel are elegant and pleasing to the eye. The welcome drinks, souvenir shop, and library tea shop are all impressive. f Our room is a Japanese-style room, which is spacious and well-equipped. It comes with a tea set and a full jar of Ureshino tea, and an independent and spacious cypress bathtub. Everything you look at makes you feel happy. We also used the restaurant’s tofu hot pot set menu, which was both delicious and unique. The special tofu ice cream is a must-try. The hotel's breakfast is buffet style and very rich. Finally, the hotel can also arrange to take guests to the JR Shinkansen station (Urishino Onsen Station) for free, which is a perfect end to the trip.

The hotel is quite old, but simple and comfortable. The hot spring water is also great, and it is said to be good for beauty and skin. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful river and is located on the hot spring street. It is very close to Ureshino Hot Spring Park, public baths and street hot spring foot baths, and it is only a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast is good, with local hot spring tofu soup and other Japanese delicacies, which are very delicious. The service is also very good. When there are many people and a lot of luggage in our group, they actively provide free station drop-off service. Recommended.
