Rooms are not properly displayed on your website. It is much smaller than seen in the photos. No lighting in the staircase and it is the only access to the upper floors. Very noisy into the early morning hours. No one seemed to care.
Breakfast was the ok but sufficient.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week with my family. Our room and bathroom had open drains from which strong sewer smells emanated. We complained multiple times and nothing was done. Beds were uncomfortable and bathrooms were old and mouldy. Breakfast was mediocre at best, although standard for Ushuaia overall.

Arrival at the hotel on September 11th. West room with 03 hangers to hang clothes, hole in the closet, defective handle, clothes rack on the wall had 05 parts, 03 usable. Bathroom looks dirty. When opening the shower tap, a surprise: water came out of the bathtub tap.

It meets everything I look for in an accommodation. Clean room, comfortable bed, large bathroom, nice and above all clean. It seems basic but in many establishments the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Our room had a refrigerator, safe, underfloor heating and complimentary infusions with space for breakfast. In addition to beautiful views. It is five blocks from San Martín Avenue (uphill). The attention of the friendly staff. I recommend it.

We stayed in one of the rooms across the patio. Small room, perhaps lacking storage space to be more comfortable but the stay is pleasant. Very well heated, clean and quiet. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. It is 4/5 blocks from the center but to return (uphill) you need a taxi, which is plentiful in the city.

A beautiful hotel construction and a best location in the city, just 5 blocks from the main street. Excellent service from the receptionists, they really acted with the highest quality of service, advising us on carrying out all the possible excursions and trekkings. Very complete breakfast.
