I am really grateful to every staff member at the front desk for this stay. 🙏 Initially, I booked a family room. Due to the platform, there were some problems with the room. I thought it would be the same as booking a hotel before, and they would just say sorry. The staff of Changning Palace Hotel not only did not do that, but also tried their best to help me solve the problem quickly and enthusiastically 👍upgraded me to a room with twice the price for free 🙏and helped me decorate the children's room. I said there was no need to bother decorating the children's room, and I was very grateful for that! The front desk staff said, no, the room must be decorated for children! A really, really attentive hotel! Not to mention the environment, the garden style is beautiful 👍The facilities are complete and clean 👍! Everything is solved with great care. It's very comfortable and safe to live here. The service is even more considerate. Thank you very much. Very satisfied.

The room facilities are average, except that the TV has no signal. There is a back door leading to a large yard, which can be opened for ventilation and you can do some boxing in the yard in the morning. The hotel is very large and has many historical allusions: underground secret passages, a place to enjoy the sunset over the mountains, a library, a courtyard coffee shop, a children's playground, a sunny swimming pool, a garden for strolling, a memorial to Liu Qing, etc. Oh, and you can also ride horses. Suitable for family vacation, the waiters are warm and friendly, worth recommending and coming again~

從山裡出來，想着好好再休息一下，結果壓根沒休息好。作為本地人不挑剔服務，就説終南人家這個二樓的房間，為什麼衞生間奇臭無比？一股屎味兒，把兩個地漏都用紙巾糊住，把馬桶蓋都蓋上，還是臭的不行，開換氣扇的作用不大，都不知道臭味是從哪裡來的，半夜上廁所開門那一下，臭味就瀰漫房間，也不可能是附近馬場的，因為出了房間外面也沒什麼臭味的。房間電話是壞的，打不了客房，也接不通前台，很不方便。二樓走廊很吵，一家三口小男孩關門跟打雷一樣，像是要把門卸了。走廊腳步聲咚咚咚，像要把樓踩塌似的，並不誇張，本人對噪音接受正常。建議酒店好好改進下管道，解決衞生間臭味問題。另外想問一下一樓衞生間臭不臭，那個房型衞生間不臭？是我這價格不配住沒臭味兒的房間嗎？
