We spent a full weekend relaxing here. Our stay at Cerqua rosara was wonderful. Gianni was extremely helpful and the Villa and its surrounding is amazing! Waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee with the view from the balcony was stunning. Highly recommend 😊

Great location great price and gianni is ace. Lovely spot for the family to chill. We had a great balcony over looking the pool. Close to amenities, but you will need a car. Loads of grounds to play and wander

Struttura molto bella situata in posizione strategica per poter visitare località come Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Spoleto, Rasiglia, Perugia. Gianni è un ottimo padrone di casa e ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. All'interno della proprietà ci sono galline, caprette, due asinelli ed una cagnolina che ci ha tenuto compagnia per tutto il soggiorno. Consigliato

Appartamento comodo, attrezzato, con bel patio fuori. Contesto incantevole, spazio verde ampissimo, bella piscina, animali dolci e amichevoli. Posizione strategica per visitare tantissimi luoghi splendidi della regione. Il proprietario, signor Gianni, è una persona squisita e di grande ospitalità . Consigliatissimo.

Prima verblijf op een mooie grote rustige plek met een zeer sympathieke gastheer Gianni die goed Engels spreekt. Mooi zwembad met ligbedden op het terrein met een buitenkeuken waar ook de bbq gebruikt kan worden. Er zijn ook 2 ezels en 2 geiten die buiten de afrastering leven. Het plaatsje Valtopina ligt in een rustige omgeving en op rijafstand zijn mooie kleine steden te bezoeken. Het gebouw bestaat uit 5 appartementen waar je gezien de ruimte elkaar niet in de weg loopt en het terrein is geheel d.m.v. een hekwerk afgesloten dus de auto’s staan ook binnen het hek geparkeerd.

Abbiamo soggiornato con altre coppie di amici, tutte con bambini dai 4 agli 8 anni e la location è indicatissima per tutto lo spazio esterno curato e recintato. Gli appartamenti sono puliti, spaziosi, ben curati e funzionali. Il proprietario è stato davvero gentile e disponibile anche quando gli abbiamo chiesto se poteva farci trovare gli appartamenti riscaldati considerando che c'erano due neonati. Inoltre la località è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Consigliatissimo!!! Torneremo di sicuro.
