With smiling faces always staff greeted us. It was pleasant to stay at this property. If you wish to darshan Baba Biswanath frequently during your stay, this place is highly recommended. Hotel organised Ganga Arati for us as well. We enjoyed that thoroughly. Markets are also within walking distance.

Excellent staff, went above and beyond to assist during very busy Kumbh Mela, when Varanasi experiencing spill over from other regions and Varansi crazy busy. Rooms clean and comfortable Breakfast not great. Location excellent to visit ghats.

The service was really amazing. I needed to check out at 4am, and they helped me a lot! the restaurant was also nice!

I was happy that there was a welcome ceremony. It was also close to the ghats. It was hard to get a hot shower, so I had to take a shower with lukewarm water (^◇^;)

The surrounding area is dark and not crowded, so women may be worried. The room is relatively clean for an Indian lodging. The bath towels were dull, torn, and tattered, and the sheets and covers were discolored, stained, and wrinkled, but they were not smelly and clean, so it was fine. There were no pajamas or slippers, but everything else was provided. The staff were all very kind, and they gave us a lot of service, such as welcome drinks, sweets, and fruit. Above all, we could sleep quietly. There was plenty of hot water. This is not common in India, so I was grateful for it and it helped me to relieve my fatigue. The breakfast was quite simple, so I ate at two nearby shops that were trying to attract customers.

今回宿泊したホテルは、非常に清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができました。お部屋はもちろんのこと、ロビーや廊下、バスルームなど、共用スペースも隅々まで丁寧に清掃されており、滞在中に不快に感じることは一切ありませんでした。ベッドリネンやタオルも清潔で、気持ちよく使用できました。スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧で、チェックイン・チェックアウトの手続きもスムーズでした。初めての利用でしたが、とても安心して滞在でき、満足しています。次回もぜひ利用したいホテルです。

Location wise it provides quick access to godowlia chowk and kashi Vishwanath temple. Many rickshaws are available to any location you want. You may feel the location being congested because of the Varanasi ropeway construction going o
