Wonderful staff and the lady that helped with breakfast was fantastic.

Good location: just next to the ‘Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia’ Reception in opposite hotel: no reception in the same building, need to cross street No lift: higher floor is not the good deal, need to carry the luggage to walk up the stairs by ourselves

Clean, good location, no lift, good breakfast

Hotel is fine. Small passageway but comfy rooms. The surroundings is a bit noisy because of travelling bags of tourists passing by. You can hear travel luggages and conversations of passersby. But over-all, the hotel is 👍😊

It's close to the train station, so you can unpack and start your tour in minutes. This location is even better if you have a lot of luggage. It saves time and money on transportation, and it's easy to get to nearby tourist attractions and walks. The location is excellent. Even so, the value for money is an 8 out of 10. The only downside is the lack of an elevator.

The croissants at breakfast were delicious! The room was large enough to spread out my suitcase. The location was also great, close to the station.

The hotel is located very close to the train station, nearby restaurants and supermarkets, but the hotel room air conditioning is broken, has notified the staff that day, but he said due to stay two nights can not change rooms, air conditioning itself has been keeping at 25.6 degrees, but he entered the mud five to still become 28.1 degrees. Shower only proposed soap, after cleaning the room did not refil new ones for me to use. The price is not cheap, but the service provided is really bad!

The location is excellent. It is near the train station, so you don't have to carry your luggage. The room is good, and the hotel breakfast is relatively good. I live in another building, not far away, just two minutes walk. There is no electricity, so it is inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. There are several restaurants around.

It's a bit tough not having an elevator! But the staff were very friendly and the rooms were great. The shower got cold if you kept it running lol The location was great and I was happy with the price for this area.

The hotel is very close to the train station and the price/performance ratio is acceptable. It is not very convenient to drag luggage around the island, so it is only a few minutes walk after getting off the train. The breakfast is also OK, basically average.

We booked a room for four, checked in and found that the toilet was very smelly, told the front desk that there was this situation, but the front desk said the room was fully booked and could not change rooms with us, and after a few hours the smell should dissipate Now still very strong **** smell,  again told the front desk, it was already 8 pm, the front desk said to one to two hours to deal with, then we first went across the street for dinner, back after he has not solved with us, we of course chased him again, later asked us to wait, it was already very Late, finally contacted Trip.com personnel, kept calling them, finally changed two double rooms for us, suddenly felt Trip.com personnel really helped us a great favor, 10 points thank you, because they have a lot of empty rooms, just unwilling to change us, get almost 12 o'clock to sleep Also the slippers in this hotel are as thin as paper, no mouthwash cups are provided, the shower tub is leaking 

The room size is OK, but there is no elevator, so it is a bit troublesome to carry a large suitcase. The check-in place is not the same as the accommodation, but diagonally opposite the lobby. Booking in advance is more expensive. I was cheated by Ctrip.

We stayed here on our honeymoon. It's close to the station, but it's in an alley so it's a bit dark. The hotel is also divided into two buildings, and the place indicated on the map is not the front desk. The entrance was hard to find. Our room was on the first floor, and there were three cockroaches at the entrance in front of the door. The staff quickly got rid of them, but we were worried they might get into our room. There was no signal, and the hotel WiFi was unstable and hard to connect. The towels and bedding were clean and looked clean. Recommended for those who just want to sleep at night.

The location is very good, it is located in an alley next to the train station. There are also many coffee shops and pizza shops in front of the hotel.
