We stayed here on our drive up to Niagra for the eclipse. It was sold out and very busy. We checked in around 9 pm. Free parking. It was jumping and loud we were on the first floor. The room was small but clean. NO hand soap in the bathroom. Maid service didn't refill. When I checked out, I mentioned, and he said sometimes they forget. I am a Mom and I always bring my own. Breakfast options were good considering, and I really liked the pancake machine. I DISLIKED strongly that the utensils are facing up and everyone is touching them - GROSS. Not enough seating as its located in the front reception common area.

Never stayed at this Hilton brand and wasn't sure what to expect. It reminded me of hotels in Europe with a modernity to it. Staff were fantastic and really professional! The rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Internet was good. I liked the pool table but would prefer a pool. Ample parking and great location. Good value for the price!

Hotel feels new and clean. Room design is modern. Has glass shower partition instead of tub. The upside of the bathroom design is it looks more spacious. The downside is the shower is steamy and warm while the rest of the bathroom can be relatively cold when you step out of the shower.

My experience here has been stellar. The hotel is new, clean, and roomy. It looks modern inside and out. The staff was friendly and available. Ample parking, great TV viewing options, and free Lavazza coffee all day. The Internet is fast and reliable.

The hotel looked pretty good and everything seem pretty updated. There’s pool table and nice lounge area. During my stay we were first given a room that was not cleaned but they corrected it quick. The new room had hand soap that was empty and the housekeeper left a cleaning spray in the room too. The the next morning the fire alarm went off. It was set off by toaster but rang for a while till firefighters came to turn it off. Other than those incidents, everything else was fine. The breakfast had a good variety of food.

New facility, well maintained, plenty of free coffee and tea, friendly staff and good breakfast. However, someone booked teenagers/young adults next to our room and at 11pm it sounded like they were in our room! Walls are paper thin....those teenagers needed to be placed at the other end of the hallway. They talked loudly and laughed over two hours or better! I really wanted to call the front desk on them...but my husband wouldn't let me! So we watched tv till they went to bed and shut up.

Excellent new property. We were going through Binghamton and checked in for a over night stay with family. 2 Queen bed rooms are decent size, very clean, very well maintained. Large bathroom. Free breakfast, the usual items eggs, sausages, cereals, pancakes. Good room rate. What else can you ask for ? Oh did I mention there’s EV charger available on site !
