I recently stayed at the this Hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The impeccable service, from check-in to departure, made my stay truly memorable. The room was elegantly furnished, offering both comfort and style. The breathtaking view of the city from my window was a delightful bonus. The hotel's attention to detail, coupled with a diverse and delicious breakfast spread, showcased a commitment to guest satisfaction. The central location allowed easy access to key attractions. Overall, the Parkview Hotel is a haven of luxury, providing an outstanding experience that ensures I'll be returning on my next visit. Highly recommended.

This is a hotel mainly for weddings and banquets. Accommodation is just a side job. The environment is very good. The rooms are spacious and quiet. It is about an hour away from the airport. The facilities are relatively old.

Room, grounds, pool and staff all good - especially the pool man who is a great character and very helpful. Don't go a la carte as many of the options seem not to be available but the buffet was good. Huge comfortable room overlooking a lake with fish. Gym and even table tennis available. The manager took the time to say goodbye to each of us when we left.

Pleasant hotel at the start of our trip. The rooms were a good size rooms and served buffet style food. Only stayed one night as it was a positioning hotel. Staff were friendly. And were helpful in moving people’s clothes when it started to rain.

Worst place in Sri Lanka. Swollen headed staff and management think that they know every thing and they are not ready to listen to their customers after getting money.Very cheap service and 3rd class food 🤮🤮🤮

Poor room condition. Housekeeping not attentive, missing towels, unclean bedsheets on arrival.
Some staff wanting something from you.
Breakfast not hot.
This is a stopover hotel for one night, not if you want a holiday.

The Covanro Hotel which is situated near to Bandaranaike International Airport with 15 - 20 minutes drive around Negombo area. After landing at night time at Colombo Airport, this hotel can be best option for stay over before under taking upcountry journey to othe places like Kandy, Nuwara eliya etc.

We visited Covanro for our family xmas day lunch and it was an amazing day spent in spite of the adverse weather. The GM and the staff were very kind, courteous and delivered above 'excellent’ service and made us feel very special. The care extended to my aged mother was heartwarming. We congratulate the Chef in putting out the most delicious and mouth watering buffet with a lot of varieties. The hotel has a calm and cozy atmosphere away from the Hussle and bustle of the city, yet easily accessible, ideal for family gatherings and stays. The restaurant was elegantly decorated for Christmas and the Santa was cute…!! We can’t wait to get back to spend a day or two to relax and enjoy that scrumptious food

This is the second visit at Covanro. Every April they will give stay offers with fabulous discounts. Foods are the main plus point. Rooms are very cosy and comfortable. We stayed 2 days. Plenty of space for kids to play. Pool guy gave sauna for us. Gym is there. First time we had high tea which is very energetic.
