Hotels Near Bluhendes Konfekt in Vienna

Hotel location is really crazy. Right near the Opera House. Near the subway. Near the shopping center. It's an old European hotel, but it has a more atmosphere and the room is bigger and has a balcony.

Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.

Absolutely amazing, good location, complete facilities, large room. The lobby bar downstairs is very suitable for watching the game, and the transportation is very convenient. I must choose this hotel again next time I go to Vienna.

The service staff and location was great. However, a kettle and a fridge in the room would have been more convenient for a six-day stay. The room was sp**** and there were no chairs, cups or glasses in the room.

I had a very nice welcome. I was allowed to bring my bike to the room. The room was really spacious and very nice breakfast buffet! Coffee machines were inefficient though :( I appreciated the quite area. Different kind of public transportation is still very close :)

Where to start , well let's start at Check In, we have arrived at the Hotel around mid day which we were lucky to be provided with a room straight away, after taking our way into the room well.. The carpets are horrendously dirty to the point i had a walk around Vienna looking for flip flops just not to step bare feet on the carpet. At this point we have contacted the reception in hopes of getting an upgrade which we were willing to pay but got immediately shut down as they were at full capacity, the shower room was fine big walk in shower fairly modern and clean, big TV although do not be fooled it is not a smart TV if you phone does not have Screen Cast do not forget HDMI cable or you will be stuck watching German TV. The restaurant was only open for Breakfast they do not open for Dinner only upon request and availability, now this was a first for me.. Nevertheless we prefer to eat out always and Vienna has some Fabulous places where you can have a nice Dinner. Be careful as well when you wake up a bit later and have to come down to reception to ask for Housekeeping to come and tend your room as they will leave your room door wide open whilst you are parading around Vienna, this actually happened to us we requested them to go to the room to change the towels and nade our way to the center, once we cane back to the hotel after several hours we found our door wide open left by Housekeeping, next morning we made our way to the reception and made a complain as all our belongings where in the room and they would not take accountability if they were stolen, they only apologized and that was all not a voucher not an upgrade absolutely nothing, if you are looking for a Hotel were they dont care about you no good morning no good evening this is the place for you if not DO NOT STAY HERE. This is for the Doppio Hotel team please dont bother replying to my review and rather look into making changes when providing training to your team, people want to feel welcome and safe when staying abroad and you guys failed at both those points, seek out to Train and Develop your team because there is a long way for you guys to go. This has been my go-to hotel in Vienna for more than 10 years. It is a decent 4-star choice especially if you look for a peaceful stay in lovely green environment, a stunning view to the city, pleasing, classic architecture and opulent interior. The rooms are nice and spacious but nothing seems to have changed since my first visit, consequently the furnishing seems to be a bit aged and worn-out. The door of the bathroom is made of ground glass and you can see directly to the toilet from the anteroom. The hotel should definitely reconsider this choice. The sleeping quality could not be better. The beds are super comfy and the walls are so thick that you'll sleep like a baby even if a hyperactive kindergarten stays next door. I have a good general impression of the service, but the housekeeping did not excel this time. The breakfast is ok, the a-la-carte selection and quality is quite basic, but again, the environment is worth the price. You can enjoy your meal on the terrace, a cute winter garden or a luxurious ballroom with a breathtaking view to the city. You can get to the city center and the main sights in about half an hour by bus, it runs frequently (in every 10-15 minutes) and stops right in front of the hotel.

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly stuff. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are not big but equipped enough for a one night stay. I would not recommend longer stays though as you might lack some more space. The only down side I find the parking price. Too expensive.

Right close to the airport and convention center. Quite stylish hotel with large bar (prices are as high as airplanes passing by though). Rooms are quite ok whereas really small table if you need to eat/work and no kettle. Iron available at each floor and luggage storage room (only small lockers though). Too expensive for what it is compared to the NH next to it.
