The price-quality ratio is appropriate, very good breakfast, the pool and rooms are very good and the facilities are generally pleasant; yes, there are things to fix and re-design, But given the price it seems to me to meet and exceed the expectations :)

Comencemos por decir que visito este hotel mínimo dos veces por año, esta dentro de los destinos de mi familia, de esa manera voy a comparar al campanario con el mismo en visitas anteriores, estuve alojado desde el 30 de diciembre hasta el día 4 de enero, hice la reserva hace mas de un mes con gran placer ya que conocía el hotel y su atencion, normalmente hacen una fiesta de san silvestre el 31 de diciembre, este año fue con los Tupamaros, y dos artistas mas, al llegar al hotel observe que personas que trabajaban en el ya no estaban, imagine que era propio de cualquier empresa, pedi la carta para almorzar y me senté en el bar (ahora tierra de nadie por que nadie lo atiende) si te haces allí nadie te atenderá a menos que te levantes y logres conseguir un mesero del restaurante que te ayude, pedi 4 platos diferentes ( unos patacones, un pargo rojo, una punta, y el mesero tuvo que ir las 4 veces para regresar a decirme que no había ninguno de los platos, al final le pregunte que había para escoger, cerveza tampoco había, así que pedi una botella de vino, para saber el precio el mesero tuvo que ir hasta la recepción a averiguar el precio, no me lo podia creer, hice la reserva para la fiesta pero al ver este desastres en 2 horas de estadía, decidí cancelarla y no pagar una cantidad no despreciable de dinero y no estar satisfecho con el resultado, de ahi en adelante decidí comer y beber por fuera del hotel y solo usarlo en la mañana para el desayuno que estaba incluido, es triste ver un restaurante sin platos que te ofrecen en la carta, las mesa sucias, con manteles que duran por mas de 2 días, sin importar que estén sucios, si pides una crema de pollo el tiempo de respuesta es de 40 minutos al igual que una hamburguesa, si pides una toalla para la piscina corres el peligro de que no tengan (aunque el hotel no estaba lleno) o que te toque una rota, el gimnasio no lo asean la capa de polvo en el piso y los vidrios así lo costatan, pregunte un poco molesto a los trabajadores acerca del por que y muchos dijeron “esta administración esta peor que la pasada, cada vez estamos peor, en vez de mejorar vamos empeorando, los buenos empleados tuvieron que irse al no estar de acuerdo con muchas cosas” si pides algo es posible que no lo traigan o tengas que pedirlo mas de dos veces. Las instalaciones están sin mantenimiento, se comienzan a envejecer, ves los azulejos del jacuzzi y la piscina a la orilla de los mismos, incluso se vuelve un juego divertido para los niños, buscarlos en el fondo y sacarlos, buscamos al gerente dos veces pero siempre esperamos y nunca llego o salió de su oficina, en ese momento entendimos lo que estaba mal, ojalá este hotel tenga forma de salir adelante por que realmente es un sitio muy lindo para descansar .
