Super hotel with good facilities all we enjoyed the marriage thank you for the entire team of grandpay. Breakfast is very good food is delicious we will suggest this hotel to our friends and family members and we will come back again. Thank you once again for your entire and great hospitality

Staff and service is the best part of this hotel they are very polite and eager to serve and the location is very good is right in front of the RK beach , Durga from Dakshin was very helpful in deciding the dishes from the restaurant and their ***ger Rajeev Was of great help during our stay .

Loved every bit of my stay. The stay was very fun & amazing. Couldnt have asked for a better hotel!! 🥰🥰 My mon came with me & she enjoyed it so much too!!! The checkin & checkout process was very easy too. It is one of the best hotel experience i have ever had

The room I checked in didn't have proper hygiene and the AC was not working. Whole night i had to suffer as the hotel staff were non responsive. Overall i find there is lot of opportunity for improvement in staff behaviour especially the front office

On a business purpose visted to dakshin for dinner by suggestions of my friends... Best service mainly food was very quick..(with in 20mins ) special thaks to ***madha who is really prefect person whom I met. He is very knowledgeable regarding his restruant.. The food quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and coustomer service. Special thaks to chef khan and ***amdha whom I met.

So we planned a family dinner at KAI restaurant at welcome hotel by ITC and the experience was overwhelming. The food ambience and service was all optimum. Please do visit with you loved ones. He***t was always around to take care of our order. Chandan and deka ensured a very warm welcome.

Great Property with an amazing Location.Food was good. Only Let down was Service & Hospitality. We had priorly informed our Check In time but still we got the rooms by 3:30 Pm which is one and half hour late from the standard 2 pm Check In time and while Checking Out we were forcibly informed to Check Out by 12 Pm. So didn’t get proper assistance from the Reception ***ager and no one was able to take the authority and make up for their errors.

For the first time very bad experience at dakshin resturant. For the last time visit one lady served the coffee. So now I asked him I think coffee is also part and he informed that the kitchen is closed now you have to inform us before... As its a part of thali why should I inform him he should get.. And more over he is arguing with me.. Hospitality is very very bad.. FOOD was really good by service needs to be improved a lot.. Its my last visit to dakshin
