Человек остановился в этом апарт отеле. Мы приехали сюда, по вызову у двери связались с ресепшеном. На ресепшене нам отказались посмотреть информацию о данном постояльце. Разговаривали крайне негостеприимно и грубо. В итоге пришлось прождать на морозе, на улице и уехать обратно. Крайне негостеприимное место оставляющее только негативные впечатления.
