時隔多年再次入住萬寧石梅灣艾美度假酒店！仍然是最優選！從辦入住時發現我是一家三口，幫忙升級房型，到入住後賓客關係主任 James（小蔣）主動對接需求、提前規劃行程，再到退房時主動詢問是否需要延遲退房，全程細緻入微的服務，讓度假的舒心從開頭延續到結尾。一定要留一個晚餐時間給地平線海岸餐廳，沙灘海鮮自助的氛圍一定不會讓你失望。

此次來萬寧住了兩家酒店，艾美的服務非常好，尤其是微信客服angela，入住之前提供了酒店各種服務設施詳細介紹，入住期間更是為我們升級了地平線餐廳自助早餐，即使退房之後聯繫angela開具發票，也是當天就得到反饋！下次來海南還是會入住艾美！

雖然酒店建成時間比較久了，但是設施這些比預想好太多，也沒有想象中有黴味，酒店整個環境很不錯，親子活動也很多，期間Kim管家安排到位，處理問題也很及時，還為我們升級了房型，體驗到兩個餐廳不同的早餐

本來不想給滿5星的，但是管家Angela從入住前一天的跟進，入住期間的回覆！離店後的關心都非常滿意，所以這個好評是給管家的！下面説一下這次入住給到我的一些其他感受：如果按照一個萬豪旗下淡季一晚1K以上的度假酒店來説，那就有點差強人意了，房間設施老舊，這個沒辦法，老酒店通病。小童礁湖嬉水池，浴巾礦泉水很難找。早餐可能我剛從仁恆過來，差距有點大了！7點開餐我們7點半去的，前面就一個服務人員刷了一下房卡，然後沒有領位，寶寶椅是我們自己去找的，同樣價位絕對就是降維打擊！人家哪哪都是工作人員，我去標準泳池游泳點了杯喝的和一份喜歡，居然是打包用一次性盒子送過來的！點了20分鐘才送來！希望管理層能重視，親子度假酒店細節真的決定一切，希望酒店越來越好！

房間做了升級，帶私人泳池，適合小朋友戲水；
酒店位置距離神州站很近，沙灘🏖️絕美，酒店泳池與海相接，拍照📸非常出片；
喜歡艾美酒店的設計風格，雖然都是萬豪旗下，在與隔壁威斯汀之間選擇了艾美，電梯，大堂，通往房間的長廊，沙灘，泳池都很出片；
小童遊玩設施設備齊全，適合親子游，不出酒店也可以海邊泳池邊躺上一整天！
