Not recommended. The services is not up to standard. Cost 5£ for parking. Beside that the location is good.

The young girl receptionist was very welcoming, friendly and quickly found us another two pillows and more milk and cups. Our room was fine, clean and comfortable and served our needs. Thank you

Convenient stay for a wedding close by. Staff were helpful and reception was open late which allowed us to check in late too.

Acceptable room but key cards repeatedly did not work and had to be changed. Description implied there was a bar on site - there was not.

Nice, spacious and perfectly located place. Staff are polite and check in was easy. Only downside was only one set of towels and body towel looked worn.

Hotel was standard, bath so shallow you can barely relax in it… I called the hotel at 10.30pm to complain about guests being so noisy keeping us awake. They offered us to move rooms but we couldn’t as I had one child asleep and the other child couldn’t sleep…they refused to knock in the people’s door to ask them to keep the noise down. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that we were the ones who were asked to move rooms when we were not the ones keeping others awake!! I expected more from a hotel but clearly they don’t care!! I complained in the morning but they just shrugged it off!!

Tired from long drive, convenient

Absolute shambles. Walk into the hotel and made to pay for parking per day. Then get to the corridor after them mentioning the hotel was slightly flooded recently and it’s just fully stripped carpets and just concrete left. The whole hotel stank of damp and realistically everyone’s booking should’ve been cancelled until it was sorted. Then got to my room and it is just poor, sink drain plug was stuck shut so I couldn’t use a tap for 3 days (was raised to hotel staff but nothing was done) the bathroom is very outdated and damp smell. Through the 3 nights I stayed there the location of the hotel is very poor as any time you need to go to the shops or whatever you have to spend a minimum of an hour as it’s near nowhere unless you wanna pay service prices and little choices. In addition to that my room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days. Very poor hotel never ever coming back.

It’s perfect for couples. It is cleaned nice location . Good service but we have to pay for car parking.

All good. Free parking! The place is clean and comfortable. Location is great as it’s just next to the M40.

The room was spacious and well-sized, located in a convenient area with excellent facilities nearby. A great choice for both comfort and accessibility.
