Clean and spacious room with friendly staffs also near big supermarket made my day easier

Very friendly and warm welcome. Nice room. Just a few steps from the hotel in a commercial area. Very nice and free parking. Between Arcachon and Biarritz. It's great.

We have now been to the hotel 3 times to spend the night after a hospital admission. Friendly people at the reception and good studio rooms with a microwave and small cooking facilities. The crockery for 2 people is also available. The beds are fine, as is the bathroom with bath.

Great hotel, very clean, nothing to complain about, I would come back with the children. I am very delighted with our little night there Sorry poor photo quality... I recommend.

New visit to this residence: good point for the cleanliness and responsiveness of the staff. Good surprise: the room is equipped with a table and two chairs for eating, bad point: no stove and no kitchen utensils (reception is obliged to ***** a room for us)

Super hotel and very good welcome. Perfect breakfast, there is quantity and a much appreciated choice. The amenities are very valuable. A leclerc just next to the hotel.as well as other store like restaurant....

Pleasant welcome, location rather close to various tourist places. Room with little attention to detail (dust, cobwebs) The whirlpool tub was not working.

What a shame that… There is no possibility of closing the French windows properly… We had wind and rain… There was no heating… It is October 21… Storm and rain squalls for two days… I'm a little disappointed... I came to this same suite a few years ago... This one was much prettier. But the staff is extremely kind. I came in the hope of finding the spa but unfortunately it is closed... I will surely come back and hope that this inconvenience... Will be repaired. Overall this Hotel is to be recommended…

Perfect hotel for King size bedding! Kitchenette part provided with table top, microwave oven. Excellent welcome. I recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant welcome, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location Well equipped room. A downside for a foul smell in the toilets when we arrived and several stains on the carpet. We were 2, a large bath towel was missing.

Tout tout est vraiment parfait, très bon accueil. Une seule remarque literie a changer impérativement.
