It was a family trip to the spa resort, and we booked one night with a lake view. The landscape was beautiful, but the guest rooms felt a bit old, showing signs of age. The toilet facilities were weak, and the refrigerator did not work properly, but apart from that there were no major issues during our stay. The resort itself is quite large, so it’s easy to get lost while walking around—especially at night when the hallways become dark. It’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with the directions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, doing their best to communicate using a translation app. Since the resort is located slightly away from the main city, calling a Didi taxi may take some time, which can make going out at night a bit difficult. However, the on-site restaurant offers a wide variety of reasonably priced dishes. The spa facilities were superb and very enjoyable. The outdoor swimming pool tasted salty—perhaps it’s seawater, though I’m not completely sure. Breakfast was also satisfying, with American-style options available. Overall, the stay was pleasant. I’d be curious to try other rooms in the future, as some looked newly renovated with modern fixtures. (+) thanks for the figs for welcoming presents!

I recently visited this hot spring, and every part of the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness, going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. They gave me more than I expected, and their hospitality truly made the entire visit unforgettable. The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and relaxing in every way. The water temperature was perfect, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged for guests to unwind. It’s clear the team takes great pride in their work and genuinely cares about their visitors. After soaking in the hot spring, I had a meal at the on-site restaurant, and the food was outstanding—the dumplings, in particular, were perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I would honestly come back just for those dumplings alone. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and a truly welcoming environment, this hot spring is the perfect choice. Perfect place, many onsen choices, swimming pools not clean. Water only change every 4 days

The location was a little far but that was to be expected for a hot spring. We loved the pockets of pools in the garden - gave you privacy and the garden was beautifully laid out.

I really enjoyed staying here. You won't regret if you stay here. Hot spring is also very enjoyable. I want to visit again in the future.

Built by the lake, the environment is super good, the outdoor area is huge, there are many pools with clean water, and the outdoor swimming pool can see the lake. It's amazing. The staff in every link are very polite and enthusiastic. I thought the breakfast would not be very good for such a cheap price, but the actual breakfast was the most unexpected. Full score, I will definitely come again in the future

This experience was great. Thanks to Sister Bi Hongni for her enthusiastic service. She helped me solve all the unexpected problems with my children. Her attitude and service were first-class. I highly recommend it! I want to experience it again next time. The sanitary environment is also great, suitable for walking children, relaxing and happy!

Satisfied. When I went there at noon, the reserved room had not been cleaned yet, so the manager changed the room. The service was very warm and the environment was very good. There is a lake (or reservoir) outside, and the scenery is beautiful

The hot spring and the outdoor infinity pool are awesome 👍🏻 Bathe in the warmth in the misty water vapor and feel the coolness by the rippling pool. This hot spring and the infinity pool complement each other, which is really beautiful.

The family room is very spacious and clean. There is a bunk bed for children, which the children like very much. The lake view is beautiful~ It is also convenient to go to the hot spring from the room. I will choose Tianmu Hot Spring next time~

The layout of the room is OK, suitable for three people, but the details are not in place. There is no desk, the mattress is hard, there are few pillows, and the water is muddy when you first enter the room. One thing made us feel very bad. There was no razor in the room. When we asked for it from the service staff, they said they couldn't give it to us casually, and even said "complaints are useless". This is extremely serious and extremely bad for a hotel with a five-diamond logo! Please ask the relevant person in charge of the hotel to fully understand the situation, reply to my phone and explain, and hold the relevant personnel accountable.

It's not open yet, so not all hot springs are open. They say they'll all open on 5/1. I had a great time with my father's friends. The elders really liked it. I'd like to come back again next time.
