房間不錯；但淋浴間下水不通暢，積水較深，淹着腳背，（不爽，洗過的水繼續污染着腳背）唉無語得很。設施已成現出往日歲月痕跡；走廊、電梯間光色太暗了，給人感覺悽悽的樣子，不好。早餐一般吧，自己去體會。酒店位置一般，外出就餐不方便，酒店服務應該要有所安排或者介紹比較好些。

真的非常差！10年前就開始住銀華。10年前的管理跟現在天壤之別！廁所整晚上是臭的？感覺老闆缺錢缺死了！什麼都要收費！就連沖電都要掃二維碼！入住體驗感極差！再也不會住銀華！再説早餐！還是老闆估計差錢差死了。好好的早餐廳！變的亂糟糟！早餐慘不忍睹！純素菜！好不容易有個肉！都是培根假肉！老闆這樣不是客人不來。自己把酒店做死了！敢問哪個酒店會用那麼小的電視機！

每年都有住，今年三個房間有一間居然電源有問題，酒店安排房間前難道不知道麼？雖然及時聯繫前台做控制處理好，但感覺不開心，還有要求協調三個房間一起，卻沒安排一起。當時看房間還多的，應該是可以協調處理好，但沒滿足客户需求。

外環境、大堂等硬件設施看起來還可以。但房間衞生間下水道臭味薰得人難受。特別是晚上一直抽風（抽風機沒法關閑），臭味更濃，關上衞生間門也無法隔絕，上衞生間得儘量憋氣。外出住酒店很少遇見這種情況。退房時告知總枱，一付若無其事的樣子，更談不上道歉補償。此生不會再住此酒店！

住了兩次，無力吐槽了，第一次遇到的房間洗澡防滑墊是發黴了的，燈光總是突然熄滅，第二次住最邊上的房間空調噪音超級大，也算是很高級的酒店了吧，總是細節讓人很不舒服
