Secure and good localisation

Please don’t book this hotel until you have confirmed parking. I was made to park outside farmers and then walk through farmers with all my bags to enter the hotel. I came back late after a work function and again had to park in a dark carpark outside farmers, walk over 300m down a dark alley to access the hotel. I would not want any of my female collages to be in this situation. Parking is limited and was full. Also you had to re pay and display at 8am so no lie in if that was your plan!

Room was ok size, very noisy, no parking available. I wouldn't recommend for families to stay here. It is good during the day to be in town but not great at night as feels unsafe. The reception was never open during the weekend. There are bars near by so you can hear it really load from the room. The room itself was ok and nice to have an ensuite from the room but overall wouldn't stay again as a family.

Arrived on a Saturday evening. Nobody at reception. Noise in the hallway throughout the night.

Reception is unattended after hours and on the weekends. You have to call a number for someone to come done. Slightly inconvenient as I was going to request to leave my bags behind the counter while I went to my meeting but there was no one there and I didn’t have time to wait.

This is basic. For the price we were charged $499 for a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night and then $15 for parking I thought it would have had a bit more wow but it lacked any sort of appeal. Would not stay here again. No view except of roof tops. The stainless steel bins in the ensuite and bathroom were covered in brown spots. Beds were very hard so had very little sleep. Have stayed in much nicer places for a lot less. Definitely not value for money

I chose Quest expecting a professional stay, but I barely got a wink of sleep. The building is situated right next to a very busy road, and the soundproofing is non-existent. The insulation is so poor that every passing car sounded like it was inside the room with me. We all stay at hotels with the "dream" of getting a peaceful night's rest in a comfortable bed, but here, it felt like sleeping on the street. If you are a light sleeper—or even a heavy sleeper—look elsewhere.
